look at the sodium content of these waters: sodium you might think is just salt but its not sodium is 3 times more concentrated than  normal table salt so drinking 1 gram of sodium in bottled water is the equivalent of drinking 3 grams of table salt in the same glass of water.For an adult the maximum salt they should ingest every day is 6 grams in total
