If you want to showcase your creativity, go to the creativity section. Besides, why would you need a clan just for creativity?

I also suggest you type normally so players will actually read your idea.

 

From what I gathered, he is suggesting creativity clans. Even though it sounds good, I can't imagine many players being interested when they could just have a group of friends be in charge of one creativity topic. Usually though, creativity topics only belong to one player.
