PLAYERS DISCONNECTED

I was playing for a full half hour match ( while winning and drugging like crazy )and then within the last 7mins of the game i get disconnect with a message that says player discovered and lost all my points and then the other team captured flags and won. So i lost all my points and wasted a bunch of drugs on that match. I want to know why now? Because thats complete NONSENSE, fix up tank.

Hm.....I do have the problem sometimes, the server does make mistakes.

 

I honestly don't know, other than to turn off all your settings, and only have Tanki up so that your internet is faster. That way, your lag might not be mis-interpreted. ;)

Sometimes, because of the bad Internet connection, system commands that checks the movement of your tank is lingering.
And then, when the Internet speed is restored, our system sometimes sees sharp movements of tank on the map (aka. lags) as a cheat, and it will disconnect the player from the battle.

You can file a claim for return of crystals if: The battle fund was over 2000, You have a screenshot with all the players in the battle, Disconnection from battle happened due to “Tanki Online” fault and Crystals were not added to your garage even after server restart

 

If you have all of those you can send a message to help@tankionline.com and your crystals will be returned to you.

That happened to me in parkour cuz I went to high and server registered it as a jump hack was going to get on top of a huge tower
