In all honesty, I think that most product kits are O.K. Although, there are a couple kits..

The other day, I was playing as a 3rd Lieutenant doing my usual things, until a Lieutenant Colonel came around wrecking people with his Mammy M2, Thunder M3, and EMERALD!!! I think that that is outrageous.

Although, most of the other product kits are fine, such as the "Cardinal" kit. It gives you Twins M3, Picasso, and Titan M3 at General. It's pretty fair.

Overall, I think that product kits are going in a good direction.

(I know this was short. I feel lazy right now.)

Just delete product kits from the game. I'd jump over the moon with that

Although I have bought the Medic kit myself (and I am not a crystal buyer :D), I still believe that kits like bulldozer, hero, anvil and other stuff unlocked before rank are two irritating in the battle along with the free supplies that they get when they buy the kit. To be honest, jackhammer entered the game before medic... Many people bought it and it was irritating to my that time hornet and hunter m2... Later I bought the medic kit but just a rank below viking m3 unlocks so not a much of a difference. Now, many had upgraded their jackhammers to m3.5s and m4s continuing to make them irritating. Brigadiers with jackhammers in opponents ruined the game when I was winning.
