My account is not open the problem see please in picture !!!!

i did test my account with 5 Browser but the answer is same and i check other account also its word but mine is give error like this :/ please i need Help  , this problem start just 2 hour ago , and i did check with a loft of ways  and even i change the internet its the same with my account REsPEC !!!

Im having this problem due to verys slow net ._.

 

any ways, try changing your password, maybe someone is trying to log onto your account :)

Change your password through the e-mail you have connected. If you don't have access to your e-mail, send a message to help@tankionline.com through any other e-mail address you own, and tell them about the following problem and thus ask them to get your password changed. They might ask you some questions in order to ensure that you are the real user of the account. Answer them correctly, absolutely correct and appropriate - as much information you can provide. You should do this immediately to secure your account.

100% sure that your password has been stolen by others, and I saw that a lot when someone try to use my mult accs while I was still using it. lol.

 

because I know there is a lot people sharing some accs, that happens when someone log in same acc from another computer.

 

also try take note your experience points, so you know whether someone has used your acc or not when you not using it. or save your banner code in some web page to check experience points without actual login.

TRY to change your password and keep the new one as strong as possible. If you want a strong pass check here

Try changing your password, Also link your email address with another email address and a Mobile number for double protection.
