valid Crystal fines in addition to bans for violations

I agree with this idea. It should definitely stop people breaking the rules if a ban means that their time and effort spent to earn crystals (or real money converted to crystals) will just go to waste.

 

Then you should wait to see when someone tries to challenge that in actual court !!!! taking real money away for insults or swearing are you joking ?

I can write lots of thing about it, but It would be too long and probably bring me a ban.  :unsure:

But I just want to say, this would be unfair. If you can't fix something, sometimes you shouldn't fix other something.

 

There was game and I was playing it. There was no chat moderator. Everyone was cursing each other as a character, and they wasn't know each other. They were just saying something impossible or doing some disgusting discusses. There wasn't any problem!!! It was even better than chat rooms which include chat moderator. It was like a paradise for me!!  Everyone was cursing without any afraid and getting relaxed, after they were playing with a relaxed brain. There was insanely much problems, but we were happy.

 

Cursing is not a big problem as you say. If there is different problems, someone should curse, sorry.

If it were up to me, I'd also say cursing is allowed. But not in this game because there are literally small children playing this game. Let them enjoy a childhood without dirty words.

PS: Again, you don't want to loose crystals? Don't get banned, simple as that.

Edited main post:

• Changes in profanity section: Fines were lowered. Decided profanity was to common in the game to have such a high fine. Rather make it a low fine but if people to it to much, the'll go bank rubbed. Serves you right. Sorry. 
• Changes in hacking section: Fines lowered, decided it was to high.
• Changes in facts section: Instead of having minus crystals if you can;t pay up, you'll just pay as much as you can and finish with that. Minus amount of crystals was just to mean. Still think of something else.
• Changes in facts section: Now instead of fines being tripled from Marshal, they'll be doubled from Brigadier.

The whole point of this idea is only bases on one reason, to stop people from violating. Anyways, same to you, I don't see any others having any problems except "Why should players loose crystals?" Check main post for answer, I've said it enough times already.

This whole concept isn't all that bad as some people here are making it. Although the fines are a little outrageous, perhaps they could be tweaked a little bit more. That's the only thing I saw wrong with this. So... Upvoted.

Sabotaging is difficult to report these days since you cannot actually differ if they are playing or not, this one should stay the same

 

As for chat violations, most of the rules i find ridiculous, the rules for chat are so much harsher than what you do wrong in gameplay! I mean, having a small argument or typing a bit of bad language on a particular topic and the bans are surprising. Like i said other games permanently ban first time for hacking while their chat rules are relatively low, needs to change

Guys, if you already spent money on your account, then that money is going to forever be with Tanki. Even if your account is blocked forever, the money you spent on it is not getting taken away from Tanki. It stays there. It encourages less violations because if the person buys, then he or she will not want to be blocked since they never get that money back.

Not a bad idea, to be fair.

But instead of punishing violators, I would prefer to reward non-violators. No matter the cost, there will always be trolls and rule breakers, and more punishments won't stop this from happening.

I would suggest giving a special paint to all tankers who haven't violated the game rules for a month. As soon as they break the rules, they lose the paint and have to have clean Karma for another month to get the paint. This paint would be non-protective, but fairly cool looking. Optionally, it would have 5% protection against all turrets and mines.

I think the auto-ban system can mistake English letters and words that are perfectly fine in our language for letters and words that are bad in Russian.

Ok, this is a good idea for people who never get banned and report a lot. Lets say that someone hacks. In your system they have 2 chances so if they get banned and loose crystals, the lost crystals should go to the person who reported the hacker. Lol this would make me a millionaire for crystals :lol:
