till now peple of rank Grefiter can have access to forum but i suggest minimum requirement to post on forum should be WO1 this will decrease people using fake accounts and posting on forum

Forum and Chat is there for players to exercise their freedom of speech for the game. Take that away or limit it and you cause many problems :/

The forum is a more "formal" way for tankers to communicate and requires players to carefully read the rules for every section and to learn how to use it, before they are able to participate and not accidentally break rules. So it makes sense to raise the bar like that as it will encourage players with a lower rank to explore the forum and observe others to give them an idea of how communication here is different from the chat, before they can participate themselves.

 

Most players only visit the forum after playing the game for a while, so the change you're suggesting won't even change much for forum newcomers, but yes - it will definitely solve the issue with disliking mults and alts made to break forum rules.

If a low ranked player wanted to ask a question about the game or ask what to buy? Yes, Yes I know there is a global chat there already, But most high rankers spend time on the forum, if he/she posted a question on what to buy multiple people could give the person different perspectives on what to buy.

There are tons of clanplayers below warrant, you can't kick them out all at once. What you suggest is also negative for the true low-rankers. Since there are more true low-rankers than fake no-rankers I don't think such a limit is a good idea.

I agree, Most future members will be restricted from clans until WO1.

u can achieve WO1 in a month even though how bad are you and talking about clan a player below WO1 is u know have a low skill and by  acheving he can get WO1 he can  some skill

sergeant can be achieved easily but around WO1 player gets a bit maturation and learns about game people below WO1 says this most weapon they dont like this they dont like but when they reach around getting m1's he started learing skills and develops why these weapons are here

You know this doesn't let players actually interact with others. In game experience doesn't apply for forum. Restrictions in certain areas are more appropriate.
