im banned becuz someone insulted me!

so i was in this game and my team was losing when i joined. in the end we barely managed to win and i came on top.so some drugging noob on other team got mad and started to insult me and my mother, F ing noob.so i did what i thought was the right ting and reported him.few hours later to my surprise i was the one who got banned can u believe this. really tanki?!!!is this the way justice works over there?do u punish victims instead of guilty?becuz i was the victim and was the insulted party.now im banned from chat and also from forum.if this is what i get for justice then next time ill answer fire with fire,ill throw every insult ill know at the next person that insult me.

Throw every insult at the next person? You'll get banned...Again! Doesn't that screenshot you took say you were banned? Also, where on the screenshot does it say you were insulted?

im can swallow it when someone insults me but not my mother. my mother isnt even playing this game so why should she be insulted by a stupid pissed off kid who lost a game.im going to insult becuz i got banned for following the rules so why not do it if im going get banned anyways?

ive already posted the screenshot in chat violators section so im not going to post it here in public. he sexually insulted my mother and im banned for it thats all i wanted ppl to read.

The most likely reason was because the screenshot you sent contained some sort of violation from you as well. If you report a violator, then EVERYONE, who violated rules on your screenshots, will get banned.

 

This happened to me once too. One guy insulted another in Russian and the other guy was English, so he asked what the first guy said. I translated the first guy's message (with the insult), took a screenshot and reported it on the forum. The first guy with the Russian insult got banned, but then so did I, for translating the insult with a swear work. So yeah - be careful with what you say in chat.
