In garage look

Hi, I really don´t know where to create this topic, but it´s about creativity so maybe here :)

 

I´m creating lot of paints and what is missing there is in garage look. How you are doing this? Which programmes, which tools, I´m really lost there. I´ve tried removing background or adding layers, but nothing works.

Yeah, I have this program, but there isn´t option to create in garage look images. I don´t mean textures but this -

but with my own paint :)
