Stand by your rules

It is clear to see that the word noob is used thousands of times a day and it is even more clear to know that it is a complete insult and put down.  In the rules somewhere it says no harassing, no impolite behavior, etc....

We are suppose to be encouraging each other not going around thinking that your play is so awesome all the time and never ever messes up that you can call another this name which in complete is saying that you are better than them.  Administration, if you pay close attention to the way this word is being thrown around you would indeed do something about it.  There are many players being banned because they are defending themselves when they are called this name. While at the same time the name caller who initiated the entire incident walks free.  This situation is definitely the No. 1 problem as far as mis treatment among the players.

 

If any one player replies and says this word is not harassment, not ridicule, that it does not say, "your no good and you don't belong in our battle,  I will screen shoot every time i see this put down.  I will stop screen shooting at 100 each shot will have the time and you will see that what I am saying is right.

 

To all of you that continue to bully players that are lower rank, that continue to bully players that may not be as skilled as you and won't lend a helping hand to give them some positive direction, remember, what you put out is what you get back, you get what you give.  I hope all the players that any of you have ever criticized all come around someday and just smash on all of you.

What?  This is all that enters your mind after reading what I wrote?   Dude, don't make me want to start agreeing with these players that I currently disagree with.

Just because no one is replying to this topic takes nothing away from the fact that this is the number #1 demoralize between players currently happening as we speak.  I will start collecting screen shots and title the folder,  Ban Noob Callers.  I will be sending this folder your way in 10 days.

 

Who do I address it to when I hand it in to administration?

It seems to be a accepted word in this game. There are far worse things said by these players. Most times the people who say this are usually the worst players of the game with a D/L of 0.25 and contribute nothing. Probably jealous of you is most likely why it was said.

There are many players being banned because they are defending themselves when they are called this name.

If a player breaks the rules during defending himself from violations, of course he'll be punished, as he violated too.

As for the word "noob" - "you're noob" only isn't a violation. However, depending on the situation, it can fall under the rules prohibiting insults, discrimination, aswell as 2.1.6. Discrimination of inexperienced players (newbies): misinformation, intimidation, mockery;
