Mouse controls and changes in auto-aim mechanism

Mouse controls have improved from the previous version.

Still I surely will never use them and I really hope that a lot of newbie 's choose

the "old" keyboard controls: reliable, quick on target and very precise.

 

With mouse controls you also can 't reach full birdseye view and full horizontal view.

At least that was what I experienced. Another disadvantage.

Good that mouse control is an option, you don 't even have to turn it off

in the settings!

 

Than the Isida update. Great job!

Don 't understand the complainers about the updated Isida.

I like way the beam "travels" on a hull.

More importantly: aiming and keeping Isida 's beam on target became easier, especially upclose.

The new iced targeting system is weird- it is always jumping to the nearest point and it looks funny. You should set it back to the old ways as that looked just fine

  • Turrets now better aim for small visible parts of enemy tanks at long distances.
  • Auto-aim mechanism has been optimized, which can lead to performance improvements in some cases.

Did you Devs even try this garbage for yourselves before forcing it on us?

This is a poorly executed and unacceptable "improvement". The new Isida beam is absolute and utter GARBAGE.

It does NOT "auto aim", it shoots more or less straight out, not flexible and "grab" onto enemy like before.

"turrets now aim for small visible parts...at long distances"... WHAT LONG DISTANCES?!!?

If anything, Isida now has a shorter range than before.

 

I have invested a couple hundred $$ into my tank, and if you insist on cramming this crap down my throat, then you can have your turret back, and I'd like a refund on the money I've spent to build up my turret. THIS IS NOT an improvement.

Not sure of this is what is causing the problem, but the sight on Shaft gun is no longer working properly. I aim as usual but all shots go low and to the right.

 

Happened today. Only changes are promotion to Warrant Officer 2 and the mouse update.

 

Tried on many battles and servers. Same result - all shots go low and to the right.

 

Suggestions appreciated - as it is, shaft is not usable anymore for me.

Guys, don't worry. We'll fix Isida back, or even better, make it the golden middle between what it was and what it is now. Feedback's noted.

Problem is not isida, this is just visual... Can anyone look at to shaft..

also the shaft has  been  f up aims at the marige of karagkiozi ( στο γαμο του καραγκιοζη δηλαδη). the best thing since you want to set this update is to give us the choice  to have it or not .

so easy  !!!

We have noted your and others feedback on Isida and it will be fixed.

About long distances, it's related to other turrets, not Isida, as it's a close-ranged weapon:)

 

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our tech support, but make sure you are polite. This is a community where people respect each other, at least it is what we aim for.

 

SO, thanks for your feedback, your favorite turret will be fixed, just have patience.

Problem is not isida, this is just visual... Can anyone look at to shaft..

Already being looked at, by our testers. The Shaft bug was the first thing noticed and solving it is a matter of critical priority for us, which means it goes above all other tasks. Sorry for the inconvenience.

But, , these updates are ruining the game (Mouse controls)

It is better for Tanki to implement the player kick system so you can decrease the multing and cheating problem, there will be time for Daily Challenges, updated Isida...

How the hell does it ruin the game? With its bugs? Probably, but bugs will be fixed.

 

All the rest is just a box to be ticked or unticked in settings. If you don't like mouse controls, disable them. If you like them, use them. If you have ideas on how to improve them, share them in this thread.

 

The one thing that will help NO ONE is saying that this update is bad and that devs are stupid. Those guys spend days and weeks and months working on Tanki, and some friendly reaction from the community would really cheer them up.
