It's not that simple -_-

Why? Were they forced at gunpoint to add the incomplete, buggy, and (for some) unworkable update onto the site?

Not ready? Simple...don't add it!

going to test it now....

and what happend to "hello tankers" .. please try to be more courteous in your exchanges....

ok i have tried it in a few maps.. good .. all previously known issues due to mouse update are gone...

Scope Mode:

however the contorls (turrets) are extreamly hard to turn now... this is something new.. very slow to move the turret....

(i have m3 shaft and MU'd rotation...)

and as you enter the scope mode.. the crosshair is kind of stuck for a very little while.. have to push hard to move it

ping in-between 90-110 ---- FPS in 40's

kind of stuck or in lag.. not fluid movement.. please check. thank you

Ok ok ok... slow down there for a sec... where did the refund part come from...no one paid for the mouse controls xD

.

Read the whole thread, please.   The refund part is because players who paid to upgrade their Shafts could not use them. I lost more than 50,000 XP because my Shaft could not be used the last 8 days of my 30 day Score Multiplier (also called: "With higher ranks, you end up fighting tougher opponents...so you better get to M3 asap!").

Don't rest on your laurels yet: Shaft still locks up the turret:

- rotation feels like mud

- wrong way traverse (left/right or up/down)

- uncontrollable spinning (pressing the same way on keyboard doesn't work)

Also saw an Isida with no working "beam", so that's not fixed entirely either.

At least Shaft is usable again. Made my *final upgrade* and now it's up to Tanki devs to keep me here.

Next screw-up and you'll have heard the last of me (and a few thousand other players - check the stats!)...

Give us at least *ONE* update for 2015 that we can vote thumbs up.

I don't care about that mouse thing. I don't use it.

But what the hell with Isida? It is very boring.

Now Isida aim keep jumping on my tank, even when the isida (teammate or enemy) and I don't move.

my shaft m3 is useless now because it turns itself down up and sideways. Thanks for making my shaft out of control

Ooooh, I thought the problem was because of my computer or something.

So it's because of this mouse control thing? I turned it off, but my shaft still going down when I scope.

Thanks for the new update. Now my shaft is somewhat usable at last, however controls are VERY sluggish, which is a huge handicap in fast-paced battles. Before the mouse update I was able to aim & shoot moving opponents very quickly in sniper mode for maximum damage, now this is no longer possible because the turret gets blocked randomly a fraction of seconds at the beginning of the sequence, just in time for the opponent to get out of sight. And keyboard controls feel much less accurate than before. I use Chrome on Windows 7 64 bits.

I concurr. When you enter scope mode directional controls do not work for a moment. Therefore it's impossible to suprise a shaft that is already aiming (unless he is blind). That very fraction of a second delay before directional controls kick in gets you killed every time whereas it was quite easy to do before.

Today we have released an update including several bug fixes for mouse controls, including the Shaft issue. Enter the game, check it out and get back to this thread to tell me if it works ok or not. Thanks!

So I took My M3 Shaft out. You seem to of fix the out of control movement up, down and around. The turret is not smooth when going from out of scope mode into scope mode. When you go into scope mode there is a delay before you can start tracking another tank. The turret is very ridge in movement. It is not smooth like it was before the mouse update. Is it possible to not apply the new update to shaft. If you think about it shaft would not need this update the way it has to perform along with the laser.

Not complaining so were clear about it. I'm sure the Dev's will fix it!!

I still have not received any type of answer with regards to the shaft turret freely moving up or down on it's own. Could it been acknowledged please.

And you never will.

Shaft turret still starts spinning uncontrollably after a while despite latest update. I refuse to play other turrets. Fix this or lose a player.

beacuse the turrents always moves to where the mouse is -_-

just like all other turrents

some say that shaft is moving up and down ... idk what could be causing that but ik that the devs will fix it.

i do agree that the rotation in scope mode is not smooth and i think that it is just a problem of sensitivity which other games with mouse controls have.

Other than that the devs are doing a great job!

We are working on it! :)

Thanks for the feedback!

btw, I've tried the new mouse controls today with my rail M2.

When I move the mouse fast left it feels little the turrest starts delayed during the start of rotation.

Is there maybe a kind of a dead zone or a acceration filter, to prevent the turret beeing nervous? If yes.. then it works "too good" ;)
