Also, I think mouse is slow and has low accerelation.

That is probably due to the DPI settings on your mouse or the rotation speed of the turret

I use Stand Alone 17 and shaft is pretty much useless. Spins out of control after a re-spawn, if I was in zoom mode when I died. Goes to full up or full down when entering zoom mode.  I have never enabled mouse controls, I've always been too afraid of completely ruining all control. 

 

This messes up other controls from time to time for other hulls as well.  Auto aim will stop working.

 

 

This update should have never been released in this state. Tanki really has 2 choices. 1. Revert the update. 2. fix-it 

Ignoring it will not make it go away.

 

Are there any lawyers on here? Do you think we could do something to get the money back or at least a refund of crystals spent on Shaft?

 

 

I am requesting you remove "Shaft" from my garage and refund me all the crystals I have spent on it. It is a known defective product and I would like a refund. I'm not asking for the real money that I used to buy the crystals, only the crystals them selves. I can spend them on something that works. Any business in the world should honor refund requests on known defective products. In most cases they do it for fear of a class action lawsuit.  

For all this "lawyer" talk, that is complete nonsense. Read the EULA (which you agreed to follow when your registered into the game) and it says (Section 9):

2. The Company shall be entitled to remove and/or change any information, content and Material(s) which forms part of the Game and/ or Online Facilities without any prior warning or notification.

 

3. The Company is entitled to close and/or to limit the functionality of the Game and/or game services at any time convenient to the Company, without the prior or following notice to User.

The Company is entitled to change the quality and the amount of Services granted unilaterally, at any time and in any extent and volume and if there is any material and/or repeatedly breach of this EULA or the Game Rules, the Company shall have the right to stop such Service rendering without the prior and/ or following notification to User.

So there is no chance of getting your money back, be it crystals or real currency

Someone were writing about that this has changed with new EULA.

I don't know detailed.

Of course this won't happen, but just for an information.

Yeah, I know, they have smart lawyers that wrote that, but that should not be something they can hide behind and release a defective product. Especially when people use real money to purchase it. Oh well, eventually as the word spreads, more and more people will just stop buying crystals and they will not have anyone left to pay their wages. I stopped buying a long time ago. If they have no respect for me or my money, I'll chose to not support them and keep my money in my pocket.

Ever Since the mouse update I am not able to play shaft with keyboard properly.. everytime it switch to snipe mode.. turret is either running towards left , right top or bottom.... happening almost 33% of time and even in normal play i have to keep looking where it is going unless i press that direction button again it do not stop .. I make fool of myself while aiming opponent .. when turret start moving in any direction.. by the time I control it I am dead.

At least 2/3 of the buyers use mobile, PayPal, or direct credit. Money is money. Unfortunately VISA does not consider "entertainment" an enforceable service contract given the EULA. Still, a class action could cost Tanki a lot of attorney's fees, so hopefully they have another level of legal protection.
