Crosshair off centre and missing mouse control tickbox

When I logged in today, I noticed my crosshair is completely off centre when using shaft zoom mode. It is located a bit to up and left. When shooting, I can see the tank is shooting straight, but the crosshair can't be used to help with aim.This problem happens in both Chrome and Firefox, using my primary and secondary accounts.

 

Second issue: There is no mouse control option under setting. This only happens on my main account in Chrome. The secondary account in Firefox has the option.

 

I tried logging off and on again, but nothing changed.

 

I'm uploading a screenshot of the issue. Would be great if someone could help me out.

What you see in the game is not the final version of the feature. It will be improved further, to make it more stable and easier to use. Also, due to restrictions outside our control, this feature is currently not supported by Chrome and Safari browsers. If you would like to try out mouse controls and your browser prevents you from doing so, please install Firefox or Opera.

So make sure you use Firefox when using Mouse controls, and make sure you have the latest version of Flash player. :)

 

Another possible explanation is that your mouse was not visible and you were moving it in the wrong direction. Make sure you hold down your left mouse button to turn on the cursor, and if the problem still exists, Semyon said that they will be improving the feature and fixing bugs in the future, so stay tuned! ^_^

Did flush flash cache right in the beginning, no success.

Thanks for the ideas mate. But the missing mouse controls is not much a big issue for me, as I didn't really like it. My problem is the off centre croshair, as you can see on image I uploaded. Impossible to use shaft on Firefox as well, which is supposed to be supported.

This is an issue that is occurring for anyone using shaft after the recent update, Semyon said it's their top priority to fix so hopefully after tonights server update it'll be back to normal.
