I'm experiencing the same problem.  I suspect that the release of the mouse controls caused this, but that's just a guess. I have attached a screen shot that illustrates the problem.

I cannot play as long as this is happening. PLEASE FIX ASAP

I'm having the same problem.  Was fine about 15 hours ago, but now my reticle is off to the left of my window, but the impact point is still mid-screen.  Can't hit anything at a distance with certainty.

Admin, please help!

Alright guys,

What you see in the game is not the final version of the feature. It will be improved further, to make it more stable and easier to use. Also, due to restrictions outside our control, this feature is currently not supported by Chrome and Safari browsers. If you would like to try out mouse controls and your browser prevents you from doing so, please install Firefox or Opera.

So if you use one of those 2 browsers, consider switching to Firefox when using Mouse controls, and make sure you have the latest version of Flash player.  :)

Another possible explanation is that your mouse was not visible and you were moving it in the wrong direction. Make sure you hold down your left mouse button to turn on the cursor, and if the problem still exists, Semyon said that they will be improving the feature and fixing bugs in the future, so stay tuned!  ^_^

You are using Firefox/Opera with the latest version of Flash Player?

I started to use Firefox

Not sure about Flash player.

There is a bug about shaft, not about mouse etc...

I use Safari, but have no mouse connected.  MacBook Pro.

That's your problem. You need to download and use Firefox or Opera, and have a mouse connected for it to work correctly. :)

Yeah, Semyon said that there are bugs to be worked out, but for now, I suggest using your keyboard. :)

Problems with shaft started this morning  for me (April 9). I enter a battle, and for a few shots it works fine, then whenever I press the spacebar, the aim descends all the way down on its own, unless I hold the up arrow. Use Chrome, updated flash, tried it on Firefox, exact same behaviour.

Already being looked at, by our testers. The Shaft bug was the first thing noticed and solving it is a matter of critical priority for us, which means it goes above all other tasks. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As above said . ^

Same problem on Win7 Chrome 64 bits. BTW I understand that a bug takes time to track & fix (I'm a developer myself) however I can't understand that there is no rollback procedure when such critical bugs are found after deployment on production. Anyway, good luck to the dev team.

I have the same issue with targeting with shaft, plus another one. When I m moving my wasp backwards right  and simultaneously turn my turret left, the turret stucks only to the first direction and doesn't go to the other direction until I stop my wasp. It seems that the right direction key does damage the z key. I have changed 3 keyboards, all the same. Firefox with updated flash player. Am I the only one?

The problem with the scope's location only happens to me when I have my screen shrunk. The scope is in its normal place whenever I make my screen full size, so making your screen full size might fix the problem.
