Isida: Heal vs Kill

As a 87.3% Isida player I agree cuz it's the only short-range turret that can only focus on 1 tank and can't shoot though a tank so I suggest that tanki make a feature where if a tank has low health and a full health tank blocking you, you can shoot though the full health tank and heal the low healthy tank also I think at low rank and u r the only isida that the reloading can be faster in m0 and m1

I am no longer an Isida player, but when I was, I noticed that when I was in a group of tanks trying to destroy the enemy all at once I found that the Isida would not aim at the tank I wanted to destroy or heal. In other words I had almost no way to aim. Now my thought was: what if, when using Isida a key (shift for example) could switch the Isida from the yellow/red damaging beam to the blue/green healing beam. That way the Isida could choose to either heal their allies or help to damage opponents.

 

Any comments I would be happy to hear.

Well I play almost entirely in DM and I therefore rarely have the opportunity these days to heal other tanks except self heal.  I would gladly trade healing properties except self heal for more killing power.  At higher rank and with more power M4 Isida seams more controllable.

 

When I do play other game modes I will heal others until I see poor behavior.  I will not heal any of my own team that shoot me, push me from a supply box or kill or if I see them doing the same to others.  In short I will not heal anyone I see committing any sort of bad play.  They can beg from here to eternity but I will let them die.

You don't really encounter this problem that often, so I don't feel like such a change is really necessary for Isida. Tanki Online aims to be really easy to play, with the tank controls being as simple as possible. Adding another key for Isida will make it a lot more complicated compared to other guns. This might be a good thing since at the moment Isida is too easy to play and therefore way too many people use it, but I don't think the developers will approve of having just one gun with extra controls...

i am an isida player-and i rock in sandbox with it-i think this will be useless, and just make it more complicated. i am pretty happy with current status :D

That would make it harder for isida players, wouldn't it? Having to constantly change between killing and healing. When there are tanks on top of each other, I move my tank forwards, then backwards to aim down, and the other way round. And when tanks are close together, if I aim properly, this is not really a problem. Just aim better, and it should not bother you. It will definitely make isida more complicated.

I don't think pressing a button like shift can be hard thing. 

 

I like his idea tho. It happens to me many times when i aim at my enemy and my team mate is behind him, I heal him, instead of a kill. This idea should actually help players give a advantage to escape or stay alive for a second.

Isida can not shoot through tanks simply because it has the highest DPS in the game and it kill anything in a couple of seconds. Its healing ability is also very strong. That is the reason why I play Hornet Isida.

Situations where you try to aim at a teammate and end up hitting an enemy don't happen particularly often, so developers will not be adding a new key to the controls just for occasional and highly specific scenarios.

I use Isida on one of my other accounts. There have been times when I was killing the enemy and a teammate comes up beside me to help with the kill, but a little ahead and, without me turning my turret, my nanobots jumps to my teammate. I either have to back off and let my teammate finish the kill or relocate my tank and turret.
