Actually, it is pretty difficult to understand. Your English is barely understandable.

 

You seem to be suggesting that the bans are for hacking, which you disagree with. Except you have no proof. Oh.

Also, you question the 'IP' bans. I suppose this means the banned players have already tried to bypass their bans by attempting to make new accounts under the same IP.

I don't have any problem in Tanki , I'm just supporting Arabs players , i contact them on skype to get more infos about the problem and they explain to me everything .

 

 

 

 

They open this topic to show it for any tanki developer maybe he can help them , if you have any problem or not interested , just get out with respect :) Hope you will never get any problem one day and feel what they feel now ;)

 

It would appear that you're trying to peacefully voice some opinions, however the problem is, you've brought with you an angry mob who are spamming this topic in coloured text and downvoting anybody who disagrees. In doing this, you're making yourselves appear immature.

Not sure if I understood correctly the main post, but you're talking about IP. About IP - we don't ban IPs and it will probably never happen. Reason is that currently, 1 IP doesn't always mean 1 person (player). There can be several players playing on the same computer or connected to the same router (which has the same IP). In some cases, there can be whole neighborhoods using the same internet provider, which gave them all the same IP - we can't potentially block so big groups of people for something only 1 of them did, this is why IP blocks aren't used.

 

I randomly picked several of the names provided by Abu-Abdulah-AOA and 6_X and checked them. It turned out that those accounts were blocked due to cheating, sharing, or because they were stolen (if an account is stolen, it can be blocked to ensure that nobody will be able to play on it until the owner manages to get it back). And 1 of the accounts I checked was blocked by request of his owner.

 

Now, about this topic - it just won't help in any way. You say that Arabs get blocked for no reason - this isn't true. There are tons of Arab players, by your logic, why don't they all get blocked? This is unserious. It doesn't matter where you're from, if you buy crystals or not - breaking the rules results in a penalty, and this applies to all players. There's no need to make such topics where you give 20 random player names in big fonts, claiming they were blocked without a reason and then use alts to comment and upvote eachothers' posts. If you follow the rules, you won't have any problems :)

 

If anyone thinks his/her account has been blocked unfairly, he/she needs to contact help@tankionline.com and explain the problem. They'll run a check on the account and find out if this is true or not. This is the only way to get an account back in case it was blocked by mistake.
