I've been Hacked!

Hello guys, just yesterday, I logged onto my account and found that my cry went from 30k to 92 crystals! I also somehow lost my m1 Thunder! It's showing that it's m0 and at first I thought there was a visual glitch r my game didn't load properly or somethingg my game and my pc are fine! I want my 30k crystals and my thunder m1 back!! Plz help me or direct me to a thread!! And about a week or so ago, I had like 159k cry but when I logged on, it showed like 20k and Rail M2 and Corossion was bought!! I need help 4 BOTH of these problems!! TANKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY???!!!

Send an Email to help@tankionline.com and explain the whole issue legibly and clearly. Loss of crystals due to being hacked are easily recoverable and Tech Support doesn't ignore such reports.

I have sent an email to the team but they are denying that my account was hacked and they refuse to return my crystals!! What do I do?!

I NEED HELP!!!! ;(

1st you have to prove it is your account.

2- you have to tell them what happen with details.

3- if they refused that mean there are no enough proof and you can't do nothing about that.

4- try to get more proof it may help.

Ok, but how? It's not like im a youtuber or I take random screenshots of my garage n acc?

This simple....u have told some trust worthy friend of urs who traited u....and like the mods said a mail to help@tankionline.com and answer those questions

This same problem happened to me and asked a chat mod + helper..he suggested this

This is all we can do, because we are not the one who return players account :p , only tech support can, and rest of the security questions you should know, It's your own account, we don't know anything about your account, and if that is your account you should be able to answer all the questions.

yup, i did answer all of the questiona and they already established that i am the owner of this account!

I know i might be offending some mods or devs but help@tanki has become a bunch of bots these days. I recently had my name changed and i have to say that it was a crap job they did. I got denied almost 5 times and they said that there was no proof that the account i attempted to change nickname was mine. The important thing is to keep telling them. If you refuse to accept the fact that there is no proof that this account is yours you will be on the track to success. Im not saying you should spam them but if it gets denied once be sure to tell them again and try to change anything that you feel might have been wrong. For example when i applied to get my name changed I gave them the wrong email address linked to the account. than I fixed it but it got denied again. i said that the last turret i bought was something m3 but i was not right. I had bought m0 vulcan last thing. M0s count as the last turret you may have bought lol :p be sure to keep asking and saying what happened and eventually your sitiuation will get fixed. Take my advice since it is very true. If you show them that you really care about this account and that you insist you are the owner of it they will understand that what you are saying is true. When they see that you are devoted to a cause help@tanki will find ways of helping you :)

yup, i did answer all of the questiona and they already established that i am the owner of this account!

Good to hear :) Too bad i wrote an entire paragraph after the issue was solved -_-
