crystals are so low... why?

last two days even when I score very high the crystal reward is low.. like for say 800 points it gives 76 crystals one time then another time it will give 160.... also I my son spent 6000 crystals on supplies and didn't get them credited.. what is going on???

Hello. The amount of crystals you get after finishing a battle depends on your team's score and your score. For example, if your team is winning and you are in the first place in your team, you'll get most of the crystals. But, if your team is losing, you will get less.

About the supplies you bought, well, there might have been a glitch during the transaction. You need to contact help@tankionline.com and explain your problem.

IT depend on the players ranks, when the ranks are higher the battle fund will increase.

also it depend on how much there players in the battle, less players mean small fund .
