crystals are so low... why?

last two days even when I score very high the crystal reward is low.. like for say 800 points it gives 76 crystals one time then another time it will give 160.... also I my son spent 6000 crystals on supplies and didn't get them credited.. what is going on???

If you are sure you didn't get your supplies credited, contact help@tankionline.com and explain the situation. Even if your score is high in a battle, if the fund is low, you will receive a low amount of crystals, there is no technical error there.

If the fund is low, you will always get a low reward. Also, there is another thing to take into account. Are these team battles? If so, then you are probably on the losing team, those crystals seem about right for those scores on a losing team with even a decent fund.

As for the supplies, I have no idea.
