Alright I got this idea from another video game I play (I can't believe it took me this long to come up with this idea)

 

A daily  tournament. Not some battle that you can do as a clan to win, but as in multiple battles you can do to earn XP and such.

 

So here's a description:

 

Every day after a server update everyone has two chances to get as much XP as they can in 45 minutes. It would be split up by ranks (feel free to adjust):

 

Recruit to Master Corporal: Tier 1

Sergeant to Sergeant-Major: Tier 2

Warrant Officer 1 to Warrant Officer 5: Tier 3

Third Lieutenant to Major: Tier 4

Lieutenant Colonel to Lieutenant General: Tier 5

General to Generalissimo: Tier 6

 

Each tier will earn a different amount of crystals. The top 10 will be rewarded, and a "standings" list should be on the home page for those who want to see if they made the top 10, or even if they didn't be able to scroll down and see where they are in order to see what they have to adjust. This is what I have in mind:

3. 1,500 crystals

4. 1,000 crystals

5. 750 crystals

6. 650 crystals

7. 525 crystals

8. 430 crystals

9. 320 crystals

10. 250 crystals

1. 4,000 crystals

2. 3,500 crystals

3. 3,000 crystals

4. 2,600 crystals

5. 2,200 crystals

6. 1,900 crystals

7. 1,650 crystals

8. 1,375 crystals

9. 1,150 crystals

10. 975 crystals

 

TIER 3:

1. 5,500 crystals

2. 5,000 crystals

3. 4,600 crystals

4. 4,200 crystals

5. 3,800 crystals

6. 3,475 crystals

7. 3,250 crystals

8. 2,950 crystals

9. 2,700 crystals

10. 2,500 crystals

 

TIER 4:

1. 8,000 crystals

Well, prizes are probably too much.. I doubt you can pay this and staff will accept to pay this. Also, 45 minutes right after the server update? For Europeans, like me, It's around 3-4 am, and for indian players around 9 am. I know you live somewhere in the USA (by hearing your voice)  but players live all over the world. Maybe you should make different sessions so everyone can join, and reduce the prizes.

Well you see on Superstar Racing (the game I got this idea from) it is international so our sessions (as they're called) reset at 6PM my time, and in weekdays that is hard because half of the day I'm sleeping and most of the other half I'm at school. I don't know if we can do this but your idea is actually good so it should reset at midnight for every time zone.

 

About the prizes: it should be summed up by month then. You do tournaments every day and the amount of XP you get sums up and the most at the end of the month gets it.

Not necessarily...on the game I got this idea from there is only one administrator and it just automatically updates.

No it's not a special battle or anything you just press a "start session" button and try to get as much XP as you can in 45 minutes in any battle

The difference is those are mostly for clans and this is for every individual on Tanki

No it counts on a scoreboard and the top 10 get rewards (above) at the end of every month. And it could be DM, CTF, or TDM or whatever type of battle you want it to be. It's for XP that you want to get.
