15 Railgun M4 shoots can not kill Mamooth , is possible ?

I have a Rail M3 80% micro-updated to M4 full

Some days ago in Stadium I shot 15 times over a Mammoth with my Rail and a fellow shot 2 times with a Thunder ( I do know if M3 or M4 ) , and we could not kill the Mammoth with the 17 shoots.

Mammoth did not use help or assistance , , , HOW IT IS POSSIBLE ?

Developers says the game is balanced . . . is it balanced ?

Can somebody explain if it is normal !

It could have Double Armor and Prodigi equipped. Who knows? It could also have been healed by an isida or used a first aid.

And if all those are not^ its immortality hack, which right now the devs are working hard to fix it.

Devs had mentioned in the new V-LOG (Ep 42) that there were mainly 2 type of hacks, fly hack and immortality. Maybe it was a hack. If so, the devs are actively working on the situation. Or maybe he was using supplies

All the possible reasons were explained above. It could be that the Mammoth was using supplies, getting healed, was lagging (or you were), using "hacks', etc...  If you see that you can't kill a tank you should simply move on to an easier target, otherwise you'll be wasting your time. Otherwise, your question has been answered.
