Smoky is weak?

Are you all joking?!

 

Smoky kills Hunter with double damage 3-4 shots! Without critical shot! Think, 1,3 seconds reloading time. That are 3,9 seconds to kill a Hunter! Without crit! Smoky is really really OP. And I like it :D

Can anyone tell me if New Hammer M4 is beast or not with Viking M4 (Or any other hull), I can't get into sever to test it! :(  :(  :(

Not sure how I feel about the smoky changes.  Critical damage and impact force are the fundamental character of smoky.  Evening out the damage turns it into something else entirely. 

 

Glad vulcan and hammer got their respective nerfs. 

 

Rico really didn't need a buff.  It was already overpowered, people can play effectively with it never moving their turret. 

 

I like the hull changes overall.  Should shift people away from the overly popular hulls like hornet.

Hammer is not nerfed, its reload time is a big killer

Time for you to take part in an open testing for the upcoming changes in weapon balance

So.. how it this planned to be continued:

 

- How long do you plan to keep the testservers open?

 

- After you'Ve checked the feedback and made up your own mind..

   - Will there be a second free testing with adapted parameters

   - if will you go directly online in order to collect real battle stats and feedback?

Wasn't Vulcan supposed to be Long-Mid range gun? Why are you turning it into Mid range only? :huh:

Also, I can't use it with any other hull except Mammoth. Not only because of the overheating, but the Impact Force is so strong now, that it can even push Mammoths, let alone Titans and Hunters... <_<

 

By the way, will we get a Garage Reset after the rework? Because I'm sure there will be people who will want to change equips after that.

1-Smoky: So whats the use of spending crystals on MUing the critical damage and critical chance if it turned not so significant with smoky?

The point was to bring a kind of a balanace to all the guns, and the v-log 42 clearly stated that vulcan and hammer were faraway op and thus the developers have decided to level up all the rest of the weapons, but with decreasing the critical damage and compensating it with the usual shots damage.. am not sure yet ..

2- Shaft never became better, adding only 10 - hp to its arcades is just like trying to turn this gun into a slow smoky and not into a sniper anymore .. beside its rotational speed got nerfed while it was supposed to get boosted, as well as the zoom in was supposed to get boosted, and its reload became slower .. we asked previously to turn the lazer beam into visible only for its team and not for the opponents .. 

 

I think working on shaft and to make it fair enough not too weak and not too strong is one of the most difficult challenges for tanki team as well as trying to keep it as a sniper .. so i can't blame them for the hard work needed for every single item.

umm they did,

i can't remeber the update name but they reduced smoky impact force.

i think it's the end of this turret.

hammer is the OP turret at the moment but they didn't even touch it.

He was talking about this update, which we are testing right now not the update that happened over a month ago ;)
