Don't worry, sometimes you pay for crystals but they do not appear in your account. This is often as a result of problems with the payment providers.

Try and contact help desk. I think that delay is due to workload but you can contact help desk at help@tankionline.com to confirm.

wait more time mate as they said Crystals will be added to your account as soon as we investigate the problem,

that mean they know that something wrong happen during the payment and they will fix it up , try to contact them again after few days, but i'm sure if you really bought them they will give you your crystals (it may take some time).  ^_^
