Hello I am HelloNooby,

 

I've been playing this game for quite some time, but I am not a fast ranking member as you can see. I have recently made a clan, and it is thriving tremendously! I have had some difficulty, however, recognizing my members, and holding practices. I've got communication at an excellent level, but there is something that has always been lacking and I hadn't realized it until recently.

I've done some great deal of thinking about it, and came to a conclusion that clans have a  very weak setup. There is no way to tell wether or not someone is in a clan while you are battling them. I thought of an idea where you could have your clan's symbol placed by your name. This way you'll be able to see who is in a clan while you battle them, and thus allowing the whole clan system to become far more popular.

Look at how the game is right now. There are so many players out there who don't even know how to access the forum, or even what clans do! I've played MMO, and PVP games most of my life, and I love them. All of them lacked in one thing or another, but what most of those games had (which tanki does not have) is a direct way of joining/leaving a clan, and being known as a member of that clan.

This problem has been going on since clans first started and atm, there really is no option on how to fix it. The best thing really is to only accept members into your clan whom you know for sure will stick with the game, on the forum oftenly, and listen to the leaders well. This is why many people recommend clan leaders and members be higher ranked than usual because that would be a good sign that someone is an active player. All in all, it comes down to trust and loyalty.

Symbols are not usefull, clans short names are not unique enough maybe.. but a clan could choose for an abbreviation (up to 7 characters length) that sticks to all its members.

The data should be shown in the battle overview table, not over each and every tank (already too much data there).

 

I thought about a modification, where the forum profile of a tanker contains it's clans name and link to his clans page.

From there the data could be taken..

Of course the leaders have to "confirm" that somehow (by technical means). Else "everybody" could enter "everything".

I agree! There should be some type of way to accept the members you'd like, and to kick them in another way. Another thing is that it'd make training easier if they allowed clan leaders to make a personalized battle of their own likings, and to make it where ONLY clan members may enter the battle
