Changes in the parameters of turrets and hulls

actually this is exactly what they are doing at the moment.

Increasing all weapons to catch up with Hammer, Nerving Vulcan and try to overpower all others.

But then leave hornet and wasp dying faster.

I can´t play with thunders: very fast reload and great damage.

freezes:now have more damage and now freeze the turret x10000,

and when players use so much supplies, is impossible kill them...

Really this is a balance?

freeze effect for turrents last for a long time. it feels like 30 seconds. firebird needs to use all its enegy to unfreeze and i sida needs half. that is soooo unfair sooo unfair sooo unfair

I think it's a disgrace that only 2 days of open testing were allowed on something like this.

Also by giving people virtually unlimited supplies it hardly allows for real world testing.

I agree. Tests on testservers would only work, if the supplies are deactivated for one day, activated in the next, deactivated on the third.. and so on.

Else you can not see balance.. just drugs.

 

Also noone tests M1 or M2 equipment.. everyone purchases M3, some MU to the max and push others hard.

 

Balnce test? nope.

 

Therfor I _like_ the test on the normal bettle servers. It is the only way they have (today) to tet balnce.

What I dislike is that it is not stated to be a test.. as the removel of the crystals bxes was called "the experiment".

Ths was clear.

 

And I also have the feelng, that noone listens to us here.

Why ever this thread then exists... just to catch bad emotions maybe

Here's another problem with Isida: Twins, Rico, Thunder, Rail, Vulcan, Hammer, and Shaft all have the ability to target up and down ramps.

 

If I am at the top or bottom of a ramp they can hit me but I cannot hit them.

 

This is precisely why changing the cone of Isida is unfair. The cone should exactly match the angle of each and every ramp.

up/down cone should stay as it was.

Left-Right cone may decrease so isidas have to aim and keep a little stiance.. to enable others to dodge them by driving close by.

The exact cone can only be "set final" after the isisdas got the chance to adapt to it and everyone sees that it is fair

Freeze should be increased in prize aswell, that thing costs nothing considering the stats.

I really like the manoeuvrability increase with Mammoth; the slow turn speed was a disaster.

 

And Thunder became a long range weapon, a true one...

with lower reload and higher damage per shot; man this should've been done a long time ago.  :D

I didn't notice a real difference in splash damage (yet) though.

Will have to try out Ricochet and Firebird, one of them will be my alts new M2.

 

Rustle also looks like a great protection paint now, all the guns it protects from have gotten a big boost. :lol:

 

Hunter also feels better driving now with a little drift, I like that change. Its like an oversized Hornet. :lol:

 

 

 

After playing with/against some of then improved guns I noticed:

 

Twins: has received the buff it needs, it can now compete with other guns.

 

Ricochet: is very powerful now, but the speed it shoots its plasma is perfect. 

 

Thunder: has the required damage but maybe just a little faster reload, it feels like a Railgun.

 

Firebird/Isida/Hammer/Shaft: not much difference here.

 

Freeze: very high damage, though the tank stays frozen for way too long now, before you changed the freezing time it was fine.

 

Vulcan: a massive nerf. 

 

 

The heavy hulls getting their turning speed boosted was also a really good choice.

The new thuders demage kills Hornets with the second shot.. so within 2.8 seconds. This is too short to do anything.

A firebirds kills in aprox the same time.. but has to manage to come close. A Thuder does this at a distance.

 

Proposal:

-> give thunder faster reload

-> lower demage/hit so that light tanks survive two shots

-> so Thunder has the same demage-per-second as now

I've done more testing -- THUNDER is TOO OP now! 2 shots and I'm gone. I was just in a CTF battle and out of 12 tanks, 10 were Thunders?!?! I've never seen that many Thunders is one small battle before. I had to switch to Thunder just to have a chance. Everyone knows Thunder is OP now and so everyone is using it. This is taking some of the fun out of the game, Deveolpers - you  need to re-adjust Thunder back to near where it was.

So why do you say it's hard ? What's hard ?

I said it was hard avoiding battles against most M3s because of this:

The reality is that at my rank this is what I see most often:

I'm not stupid enough to think that I should join a battle with all M3; in fact I have had friends of higher rank invite me before and usually I will tell them "If I take a spot it will deny one to someone of similar strength as you" so usually I decline. However, just because someone has all M3 equipment doesn't necessarily make them any better than if they had M2. The specific issue I complained about is M3 Hammer with M3 Viking. Even with Firebird M2 MU'ed 25% and double damage it is usually impossible for me to take them out when factoring in how the knockback flips tanks as if they were made of paper. Now that Firebird has been nerfed the issue is even worse.

 

Against all other M3 I can do fairly well - it is Hammer M3 with certain hulls that is way overpowered.

Do you even know how many ppl have left it? new thunder lovers love it cause it has some pure damage.

If you ask me why ppl have left it? I'd say cause thunder users have trained so much to make use of the splash

 

now their hard earned skill is tutally USELESS ;)

It was only two months ago that Freeze, Firebird, and Twins were improved to go against Vulcan and Hammer. Now they took back the improvements they made with those and made them worse than before.

Still hard to find a battle which matches cleverly your rank/gear ?

You do realize that that includes battles below my rank? If I switch to other servers literally nothing will show up in the actual battle list for those servers.

When I log in only ENG 3 and 4 show battles that a Colonel can join. When I get 200 more XP to rank the field will narrow even more.

Where do you find the server number of players list?  It used to be on drop down for me but that disappeared in Dec/Jan.

 

As to rank battles , I always fight ones equal to my rank and lower.

i want to know if its possible to file an official complaint about the changes to ishida.

 

Tanki has made it almost impossible to compete in a fair way as the handling of the ishida has been made so much more difficult that its power and effectiveness is only but not fairly seured only by the best turret and hull handlers Players have to have above average skills to have some succeses against shotgun twin, freeze firebird and twin.

 

I find changes to ishida unfair as i play on more accounts and one with m 3 hornet and ishida espeecialy vbecause im a very skilled handler!!

 

Now its almost impossible to be very succesfull!!!!!!!!

 

And that with shotgun as an opponant were the greatest idiots and most unskilled players can be the best!!!!!

There is no way that these changes are fair to smokey. WIth the new speed of reload and recharge for the other turrets, smokey is at a massive disadvantage. This is simply a fact.
