Changes in the parameters of turrets and hulls

i have been following closely the debate on changes to tanki online

how is information about gameplay gathered by developers?

its obvious to me that the last open testing was a complete waste of time and energy

i mean how is tanki using information from testing hulls and turrets used by us gamers in the real world

against testing everyone driving around with fully micro upgraded m3 equipment fully drugged up just driving around

blasting the hell out of each other ?

 

my conclusion is this

 

NOBODY REALLY CARES

I can remain quiet no more. I have spent quite a bit of time and money to purchase my equipment M3 Viking and M3 thunder / smokey and many and several different paints. But with the last upgrades or I'd would rather refer to them as the latest "changes" I am just about done with this game and those that are supposed to "know" whats best for the game's competitive balance. OMG   what is wrong with your collective sense of reason? How could and why would ANYBODY  of good mind and reason make more as well as enhance those that already here, silly ridiculous cartoon characters called tanks. The last two to join the is Vulcan and Hammer. Nice concepts for new weapons ;HOWEVER, how can anyone even begin to think that they are "even" with other more legit tanks?  As if the original cast of ridiculous cartoon characters were not enough and to be sure Im speaking about Isida, Freeze and Firebird. First there is no reason these should be in this game not to mention that they are ridiculously too prominent and too powerful with a stupid threshold to resist damage from opponents. I am so irritated with these "silly cartoon characters and the over saturation with these in games and then you add the ******s of Vulcan and Hammer?  I just can not comprehend that these should be in this wonderful game. Somebody needs to wake up and fix this issue soon because it is mind blowing; the level of destruction combined with the absurd levels of non destruction and non damage received  in the game that these cartoons enjoy. And if that is not enough why would even consider increasing the time between shots for thunder as well as slowing viking down, by virture of adding more weight to Viking?  None of this thinking shows one single thread of COMMON SENSE and equity......please help!

I am agree with almost everything but the most with the criticism of vulcane and hummer.

Tanki is more unbalanced now, Isida is rubbish at attacking, it's range is tooo long, not to mention you need to drug with it.

The game isn't, i prefer the old speeds when mammoth actually moved.

 

Just go back undo everything please, every update has made tanki worse as a whole, you mix realism and non-realism

you get a bad result. paints feel useless.

This video shows me testing my freeze with these new parameters, so that you get an idea for yourself of the new effects freeze has.  I found freeze dramatically changed after testing it for a while.  I think it is less effective for skilled players, but easier to use for not so skilled players.

I know this post is late (been very busy this month). The shaft has a "glitch". When you first go into scope mode, it sticks (hesitation). It's like lag, but I know it's not lag, because the only time this hesitation occurs is when I go into scope mode. It lasts about 2 and a half seconds at most. During this time, the turret cannot be turned left/right, up or down. This may not seem like much to those who are unfamiliar with a good snipe, but to any seasoned shafter, this delay is critical. Because of the laser effect, I will not go into scope mode until I am ready to strike my target, this way the target never knows what hit him, or her. Then I can change my position quickly, and do the same on my next target. Most shafters lasers are visible for a few seconds, which only gives warning to their target. I do not like to give warning. Please look into this "glitch"...Thank you.

Tanki you ruined the game with these updates. You keep changing the ability of these turrets. I swear this is a ploy to get us to spend more money on the game. I have turrets that I enjoyed playing with now its a waste of time. Tanki redo the entire balance do a garage reset and then never touch them again cause every time you do you ruin the game. It will take me months to get back to the level of play I was at because now I need to run through every turret to find my best combination. Thanks a lot you destroyed my account. If you agree like this post! If I get 10,000 likes Tanki feature me on V-Log. Fix this mess and leave it

i feel like this so called rebalances are mostly just about swaping "OP" status between turrets

The strongest turrets now are twins followed by hammer and firebird. Smoky is not so far behind

smoky is now one of the weakest turrets, its now just a weak ricochet with more range

Maybe , if you fight at less than 20m. Past that you are looking at Rico and thunder, and then at long range shaft and rail.

Lol Vulcan is so unpopular now that people barely mentioned it in the forum.

I thought they were only gonna increase burning damage? They also had to reduce every other parameter of this gun, even damage and turning speed, and the funny thing is, they never mentioned that in their announcements until the release of the actual update. I can barely kill people, and when I do, I self destruct seconds after, halving the rewards of my effort.

 

I havent seen a single Vulcan user since the update now, I almost forgot they existed. This turret is now nonexistent in battles, all thanks to your "little" nerfs. Might as well remove this gun entirely because no one is using it anymore. I was gonna get this at my alt but after this update, I doubt I'll ever play Vulcan again.

Try using Armor Supply, if you can afford it. I recently discovered it halves the damage you take from overheating. ;)

True.  I don't know how they found that Vulcan was OP.  I don't have it, but when I see a Vulcan user, I always find it an easy kill.  Actually most of the vulcans that I see in battle these days are just players who shoot the wall all the time.

please increase isida's vertical attacking cone! I can't attack people above or below me easily... :(

Neither can any other close range weapon.  I say isida is good as it is already.

dont u think that firebird burning damage now affects more......i mean that its more dangerous now....it should not be soo much strong...even a mammoth cant survive when the firebirds gets too close...

A thing that I do not understand is why they changed the way freeze is suppose to function, after all these years. It now forces freeze users to stay and fight in offensive situations, when they previously only needed to outsmart the enemy and run away with the flag, leaving them frozen. I'm in no way interested to fight nor to freeze turrets, I simply want to get away with the prize (the flag), or to get away from the conflict altogether. Tanki developers do not expect that someone actually want to use wits in this game, and not strength? 

Please return the setting for hull freezing to the original, since hulls are not getting frozen at all atm. 

I agree with you because Freeze is a weapon to disable enemy to fire you and moving..!!

I fell that Old Freeze was better..!!!!!
