Changes in the parameters of turrets and hulls

I never would have played if it wasn't for the crystal drops - that was the only thing that got me interested.

 

If I had to start now it would  be extremely boring without the drops - when a team loses you practically get nothing.

 

Also it was much more fun when drops were random - the predictable drops are boring and simply lead to camping and sniping of those spots

Smoky is my favourite weapon. I am really good with it but the decrease in critical hit is a bad choice. My smoky can do nothing at all now. It sucks a lot. Please just increase the damage a bit more. Smoky has one special thing and ruining it will make it the worst weapon ever.

smoky is now one of the weakest turrets, its now just a weak ricochet with more range

At m3 with no upgrades, if i did upgrades on twins and on smoky, then my smoky would be more powerful

thunder and hammer are too strong now

with doble powwer kill in one shoot like rail

 

imposible choose another gun. We have to pick thunder and hammer

 

the others guns are useless

True.  I don't know how they found that Vulcan was OP.  I don't have it, but when I see a Vulcan user, I always find it an easy kill.  Actually most of the vulcans that I see in battle these days are just players who shoot the wall all the time.

Yes , they managed to alienate a whole bunch of people who spent crystals on Vulcan and put some time into that. I guess they figure they can make more money off the incompetent whiners that Vulcan was blasting off the map,  than they could off of Vulcan players who spent crystals and learned how to use it.

 

No matter , they lost out with the last rebal, with anyone who sunk 30K+ - 300K+ into Vulcan. Who maybe won't buy again. And it should be a valuable lesson to all, don't count on any weapon being unique/good/fun next month, because they can and will  nerf it. And "relieve" you out of many crystals , and also whatever playing style you may have developed over MONTHS of playing. 

 

The Vulcan example/incident cured me of spending any money on this game. Besides Vulcan players  , there are 1000's of Smoky and Thunder players who feel the same way.

Please put it back as it was.

A thunder on DoubleDemage kills a wasp with 1 shot. On larer maps like Rio or Serpuchov I am lucky to reach the other end, without beeing a 1shot kill to some thunderplayer..

 

Even without DoubleDem. he kills me within 2.8 seconds. Thats almost as fast as a firebird.. but over distance.

 

Really makes no fun any more. And don't tell me a wasp is fast and can dodge. Thunders at my ranks know how to aim.

Thunder now has a 12 meter splash radius. It only inflicts a paltry 8-11.5 damage points depending on M/MU. I guess though, if you have a WASP, 8-11.5 damage is 'Noticeable", :P  :lol: . It will damage tanks behind cover with the splash.

Neither can any other close range weapon.  I say isida is good as it is already.

 

fire and freeze effects have a greater vertical cone than isida. the fire and freeze effects spread and you can target multiple enemies. isida cone change really is awful. i have used isida since i started playing and i am starting to hate it now :(

The strongest turrets now are twins followed by hammer and firebird. Smoky is not so far behind

Agreed. Except ricochet is still(in my opinion) the deadliest turret. With M2 Rico and M2 dictator I am almost always 1st or 2nd in NS battles with gismos. BTW why is no one throwing a fit about viking and dictator being by far the best hulls??

Freeze irks me. One tiny splash of freeze , slows you down for a couple hours. I can see if you get hit by one directly for a couple seconds freezing you blue, but it is way too instant and indirect now.

y dont tanki make isida kind of like firebird and freeze? when there are like 3 enemies infront of it the isida touches onto them and sucks there hp out? ^_^

I was thinking the same, so I bought shaft, twins and smoky.

Shaft have faced lots of disasters.

Smoky lost his character

Twins got nerf, got improve and again got improve

Dumb thing you've done with isida! You've given it the disadvantage of not being able to completely lock the beam on a tank and with this new stupid thing you can not even kill twins or ricochet.. I keep dying when I face these two because they just keep hitting my tank so hard that I can not even "touch" them. Also, when there's an opponent next to me and someone from my team aswell that beam just starts going crazy jumping from tank to tank and surely not going where I want it to go! stupid just stupid I'm so disappointed at this gun which used to be my favourite but as of now I'm leaving it sitting in the garage for as much as I hate to do so :) I should just thank you Tanki, for the awesome updates and for always having in consideration our opinions all the time and for always knowing what's best for us ;) Thank you so much for making our fun raise everyday. 

 

I have the suspicion that when they monkeyed around with the auto-aim feature recently and it started making Isida lock onto weird parts of turrets and tanks rather than solve the problem they created they just nerfed Isida's cone instead.

R.I.P Smoky

 

My main weapon at M1+. The cumulative recent changes of reduced smoky impact force and damage and increased light hull protection and weight have robbed smoky of any fighting chance against other guns. If it can't kill outright and it can't knock opponents around anymore, what is left?

 

R.I.P Shaft

 

Putting a laser on shaft was a mistake. It reduced a more complex game to a simple melee mess. Original Shaft was like a game within a game, where Shafts would duke it out for sniper supremacy while keeping lesser creatures from scampering out in the open. And it was ok! Shaft wasn't OP, it was just different and more fun. Luckily, I did not upgrade Shaft before the silly change and dropped it right after. 

 

R.I.P Tanki

 

The devs obviously love Rail, Ricochet and Thunder (in that order) because they are ridiculously OP. Given that rail has become the de facto standard for competitions, etc.  rail will continue to get more improvements while the rest suffer and get reduced to nothing.

 

These changes are getting old. Fast.

The lasers make it so easy to avoid Shaft now. I can see them and sneak up behind them or beside them knowing the player isn't looking. And if you use a long range weapon you know where to shoot.

1. Rail is not OP

2. Rico can beat any other turret in a face to face battle

3. Shaft used to be OP, I used it a lot and normally got a d/l somewhere around 50
