Changes in the parameters of turrets and hulls

Another point I am observing, but not fully sure yet is that it seems to me that fire rate and hull protection vary from game to game. That is something of further interest. Could it be that an additional advantage is given this way to the druggies for that we get so frustrated that the weaker minds then rush to buy their silly boxes, too?

Oh. My. God. Someone else has made the same observation! In some rounds it feels like my tank is made of paper and I can't hit the side of a barn 1 foot in front of me. At other times it seems like the opposite. It's almost as if certain teams have some hidden advantage once certain players show up or leave. Almost as if the arrival of that player drugging skews the team to be invincible.

 

The weakest turret overall for offense has to be Isida - but when I see one on a Viking M3 that is being attacked by 6 or 7 tanks and receiving no damage and just waltzes away with the flag as if it is a stroll in the park I do wonder if Tanki intentionally fixes certain rounds so that one team always wins and one loses.

 

Thus, as you say - trying to get people to think "Wow! If only I had drugged I might have taken that damned Isida out!"

 

The shotgun blast from M3 Hammer taking out an M3 Mammoth in one shot has to be proof of things such as this.

The game developers don't read? Probably not. So, we should think about ways making them read and listen!

Well.. some of them do. For instance Hazel, that reads and posts in the thread that I've liked to you.

And honestly I apriciate this very much because I assume that he is not paid especially for that ;)

 

But some things feels like they are simply ignored. The Devs have plans for certain things.. and take them out to implement them. There is not much feedback they ask for. And when they get feedback like on the changes in parameters (they had a test on open testservers) then it often seems to me, that they ignore it (too less answers on cruicial points).

But whatever.. they are a business and have in first place to create a suitable environment for the paying players.

No buyers, no money, no tanki. Easy as that.

 

Still I wish they would interact and reason their decisions a little more.

I still found no clue, why the new rebalance was made so biased on some weapons.. while others have been castrated.

I've always suspected these threads are somewhat of a joke. More like some person makes an announcement then nobody from Tanki reads the responses. My impression is that the developers don't give a crap what the players think. Sad, too, because you'd think they would pay attention to paying customers.

 

That's fine. I spent a small amount of money on this game once (actually it was a gift from someone else) and given the state of things it will be a cold day in hell before I ever spend another Ruble on this again.

As far as I am aware that is called a placebo. Make them think that they have a say.

 

But there are other options. They have a business and that needs reputation. What if players like us start a forum for discussion outside this website? One Google and the others can find and reference. If that forum adopts a too sceptical trend, one can bet that they will start to listen, since it could affect their revenues, when other players become careful to spend.

I've been asking the developers to update their micro upgrade tables, and to change the color of shaft, 0 response, im not so bothered about the shaft problem, as they have stopped caring for shaft since that ridiculous update came about, but i need to plan my micro upgrades, non updated tables means i manually have to adjust them myself before making a plan, absolutely unacceptable

I like the change!

 

How can we change the gun every minute, it is good to know what the best turret for battle in progress.

 

The Thunder also, back to the strength it had when I started playing tanki online, just got a little slower on reload. i like.

 

 

I don't like the evolution of the freeze! is now stronger than the Firebird and is much cheaper to buy and develop the freeze that the Firebird.

The hammer is very strong,exaggerated the strength of damage, with 1 shot using double damage kills hornet M2.

As a medic, I have an observation for this. I don't know if you play isida often, but many times as one I can get someone head to head and take little to 0 (yes, 0) damage due to self heal. If I'm drugging, I may end up with more health than when I started.This is assuming I'm not up against a particularly strong turret (ie: M2 F-Bird, drugged Hammer etc.) 

 

I will also take this time to once again go off topic and rant on the Isida's ridiculously reduced Conical range. To the point where kickback from a gun like Rico makes me lose my beam, and the lack of ANY up-down range for attacking people who are down a ramp/ up a hill when they can attack me just fine. Rant over/

Thunder's impact force is still weak.

I will believe that when tanki turns into a game of bunnies. I can't use the recoil to flip back onto my tracks because it will flip me again onto the other side.

You know that your liked Thuder does the same, but on larger distance?

 

In my opinion

- Thunder is either too strong or Hornets and Wasps too weak.

- Hammers fire cone should be spread up wider to be as powerfull as now on short distance, while loosing just a little power on medium range

 

Freeze looks powerfull.. but in fact my only chance using it now is to bump into my enemies tank to stop him turning and wait until he dies. This poor and boring tactic makes me feel like a noob.. therefor I will not purchase freeze M3.

Actually they seem not even to reply here.

 

If this is a phase to gather long duration statistics on the battlefield then I would like to know.

 

If they consider that we continue to play anyways and adapt to the new system, so they have no need to do some actiion in the next weeks.. they are most likely right :(

But most of them just talk about the power they have, and are too lazy to demonstrate or use it.

Exactly that is the problem. Everywhere. Why do banks, energy suppliers ad so on have so much power? Because people chatter, but don't act.

 

What did I write recently? If the developers do not read this forum and feel safe, it is necessary to create an open forum, one which google and other search engines monitor and can find. That hurts. There will be no immediate effect, but over the time it will.

 

What does it mean to them, if a dozen players or so are frustrated and may leave? Exactly one thing: nothing. If they go public as a consequence then and can increase their followership over the time. That won't be so easy for them. Online businesses vitally depend on reputation and trust.

Tanki gives players "trash" not once but so many times.

 

But the only things these players are doing are complaining, ranting, then weeks later still consuming "trash" and having "fun", "upvoting" even when there are "sales" on those "trash". That is the big picture if you want a reference.

 

Is this what the youth is ? Full of purposes ?

 

Non-verbal resistance : quit or lock the account. That works all the time.

Yes, Thunder can kill with 1 shot until the beetle using double, but takes longer to reload than the hammer, the hammer is stronger just by reloading faster.

 

But anyway I really like thunder.

I see the following in garage for my rail gun. Is this due to the latest update ???

 

Reloading time is 6.63 after all 4 MUs. Wasn't supposed to be 5.7 ?

Micro upgrade tables have not been updated, but the reloading is indefinitely faster
