Ok tanki your stupidity with gold box drop zones is getting out of hand. Why the hell would you place the gold box drop zone where the box just pops out of the floor. Then you have some zones where people can climb onto other people by using nitro. Then you have zones where people can just jump off a ledge or building. Im honestly wondering if you guys are just greedy or you dont believe in equality. After all Russia was communist, and then they started to follow the steps of democracy. If your asking what politics has to do with this, well here you go: This game is all over the place. There are OP guns, and guns that extend way out of the class they are in. For example thunder is  a medium range turret, yet it doesnt lose that much damage over distance. Pretty ironic. This game is based upon two groups: The spoiled, and the spoils. Tanki does whatever they can to make money and that includes making popular guns overpowered that players just rage quit. They cant even give players a 50% sale for May day. The last one was in December, and people have restocked and ranked, they have more crystals and more equipment they need. But lets get back on point. If your that ignorant to place golds where they cant be fought for fairly then maybe you should get more open minded. Why would anyone want someone sitting on a spot, that cant be pushed, or someone waiting for the gold to fall a little lower so they can reach it, or have it in a teams base. Thats stupid, since one team will have control over that area.

 

PLEASE MAKE THE GOLD BOX MORE STRATEGIC TO GET, AND WHEN I SAY THAT I DONT MEAN PUT IT IN A DITCH OR IN THE AIR AND MAKE IT GET STUCK THERE.

Strategic, so hackers can get it or mults helping each other if its in the air or in a ditch? The gold system is pretty fair. You take advantage of the big groups climb on top and get it or jump of a ledge at random spots. The gold gives everyone time to get and have a chance. Also I will agree with you and I like the old gold system better without the dropzones, but I'm completely fine with this.

The Gold system if fine the way it is right now. The only point I agree with you is there should be less drop points in team bases and more put in the middle.

the thing i liked about the old system was that we were able to figure out where it would fall but with his new system we need to find the drop zone & try to take it

Hmmm.....After the rebalance,except fire bird I think all guns are balanced.Just stick to a Thunder to destroy it.You may lose a life or two but still its ok.

 

Gold boxes are good.I only accept the point that a gold box shouldn't fall on 1 team's premises.

The gold box time and drop location was carefully adjusted to be fair for all players. As I said many times before - with the 20 seconds delay (and 10 seconds falling time) the chances of catching a gold box are balanced:

• Players with heavy hulls won't be able to go around the whole map in 20 seconds, but if they do find the gold drop location they are very likely to catch the gold box as they won't be killed or pushed from underneath it.
• Players with light hulls will almost always have enough time to find the gold box drop location due to high speed, but are unlikely to catch the gold as they can be easily killed/pushed.
• Players, who are defending the base, are still able to catch golds in case the gold box drops on the base, so they don't have to leave the base and abandon defense
• Inexperienced players have a better chance of catching a gold box than before, because sometimes the gold drops in a remote locations where any player can find it and take it, regardless of their skill.

Compared to what the system was like in 2011, where 99% of gold boxes were taken by one Mammoth, which sat at the single drop location at the right time and gave nobody else a chance to catch it, the current system is as fair as possible. Gold boxes fall in different places with different terrain around them, meaning that you need a lot of practice to work out the best strategy for each one. Either way, the Gold Box is a random bonus added to the game to make long battles a bit more interesting, so it doesn't matter whether it is completely fair for everyone or not.
