The ability to gift bought supplies

Many topics have been created to address some players frustration with the use of supplies. so i thought how can we find a win-win solution addressing both players concerns and tanki financial well being.

 

Solution: tanki creating a package for donors called the "gift 1000 supplies pack". this package can only be acquired by buying actual crystals. by using this package we can drop supplies on the battle field where only our team members can pick them up. SCD constraints will apply when players pick those supplies.

 

Further explanation of the idea.

 

1-Donors buy the "Gift 1000 supplies kit" using bought crystals.

 

2-Gifting supplies happens only during battle and supplies 

Are used only for the current battle , unused boxes are returned 

To the donor after the battle ends.

 

3-Gifting supplies happens by pressing shift+1 for health pack and shift+2 for 

for all other Supplies where the receiver can choose which supply box he wants

In case of shift+2 by pressing shift + the number of the supply he 

Want.

 

4-SCD constraints will apply so for instance if i drop 2 boxes of heal he can

Pick only one and can't pick the other except when the current SCD expires.

 

5- This idea excludes DM matches.

 

6- Gifted kits must have lower prices than normal supplies kits however

There might be a problem with lowering there prices where donors each

One buys the supplies kit and they gift each other the supplies during a

Battle , i didn't quite figure a solution for this one yet!.

If only all tanker were as generous as you described, this might work...I don't know many people who would buy crystals for the benefit of their team, especially in unattached, arcade battles.

Most of us are just plain selfish. I mean have you seen how gold boxes work?? It becomes a flippin mosh-pit with friend turning on one another, truces disappearing, etc. etc. Most people don't want to be used......

Well i rarely go for the gold box! quite interesting though to watch the fight from far away! and cap a flag or a point while every one is fighting for it.but i think the case of gold box is different since going for gold imo is mostly for the fun of acquiring it than getting the 1k crystals.

I've actually been thinking about this idea. It would be a nice feature and I would definitely use it, but I'm pretty sure that I fall into the minority if players, who would actually want to share. I can see this ability fixing the issue where you accidental take a box someone needed more than you - you could share one of your own supplies to make up for it.

Well when i go to normal battles i simply can't stop using supplies i intentionally go to losing teams and try

To flip the tables however no matter how hard i try all i can manage to do is to slow the other team down. so i 

Waste a-lot of my supplies and get destroyed before even the supplies counter expires i manage to get

1 D/L ratio however i don't feel satisfied because of all the wasted supplies however with this option I

Can actually use my supplies more efficiently and at the same time help my team.

 

Another scenario is when a raid happens this option might save the day!.

 

I expect if this option gets accepted by the developers that a new etiquette will evolve like

The one we have for xp and the community will come up with it's own genuine ideas on

How to use this option best i was searching through the forum the other day reading about

Pro passes back in 2013 and how many people thought that no one will use them .. they can check ru1 at

Peak hrs to find out!.

I thought about lower prices for those packages to incentivize there use and maybe after they get accepted and used by

The community tanki can bring there prices back up.
