IVE BEEN HACKED! HELP GET MY CRYSTALS BACK

I come on today. I was at 21k-23k crystals. Then i come on around 2:30 P.M. EST and im at 7336 crystals. Someone had hacked my account and bought a (Score multiplier pass 100%). Can you guys pls give me back my crystals?!? I wasn't on at 13:20 so i couldn't have bought anything.

 

 

 

I just founf out who hacked me, deleted all my friends, it was   MyJlbT-DeHa, he is my only friend i had alot. HELP!!

a. when did you notice that item is missing?

b. under what circumstances your crystals have dissapeared?

c. have you notice any items in the Garage you have never bought?

 

Please note that the refund of crystals is not supported by the rules of the game.

For the refund, unfortunately we can not refund you, you need to contact tech support help@tankionline.com, they are the only who can refund you. No one can do anything in forum.

I can get back in and i got my crystals back, the problem is that i don't have all my friends back, i know who the hacker is though, its MyJlbT-DeHa. He was my only friend when i came back on Sunday. I only got back some of my friends. Can you ban MyJlbT-DeHa and tell me?
