Simplier graphics for bigger maps(to make them more popular)

We are already discussing why bigger maps are more unpopular. One of the explained reasons is that these maps are laggy.

What about using old and simplier graphics for these maps. Even if they are not old, maybe game designers can alter these maps to basic graphics, so players who has bad connection and computer can play them.

A solid idea but graphics matter to people.  It'd be better to retain older graphics as a setting option, maybe the automatic quality setting can detect it and render the simplified version for slower machines.

What makes you think that older graphics will make a significant improvement to the game's performance? I can already tell you that if you reduce the graphics quality of these maps in favour of better performance, then it's not going to help make them more popular.

I think another reason why some maps are unpopular is it takes more time for the number of players in the battle to grow plus the fund grows much slower in those battles.

It's actually the opposite if the battle is full, although I think what you may be referring to is reward per player per minute, which will probably be lower compared to other battles.

 

Also, realistically it's incorrect to say that the fund is greater in larger maps if you take into account the fact that large maps take a while to fill up. So yeah, a large unpopular map will probably have less fund after one 15-minute match if you just created it ans waited for players.

By the way, if there's a rare map on which you would like to play, but it never fills up, I suggest creating a battle on that map right after the server restart and it will be full in no time!
