Good V-Log, though I'm wondering why did Tanki staff decide not to publish a V-Log on the next Friday. :D

Our video editor is having a holiday + the rest of the vlog crew could also use some rest.

 

MONSTER Pc will be required for new 3D tanki graphics.. i don't like it, i'm having enough lag with current tanki graphics.. i won't be able to play anymore .-. 

Not really. We are aiming for same minimum system requirements as with the current Tanki. Unity is a lot more efficient, compared to Flash :)

 

I really prefer this version of Tanki to the new 3D version...for people who want to play a 3D version you can just go play World of Tanks.  If Tanki replaces this version with the 3D version I'll be quitting tanki.

 

@ariking777: I'm guessing there's no vlog next Friday because May holidays will still be going on, and there's nothing new to talk about. :)

Comparing TO and WOT? Nuts! Completely different mechanics, audiences, economic models... man, the only similarity is the fact that the two games are both about tanks. And the new version of Tanki will only be different in terms of graphics. All the rest will be basically the same.

So if u fully micro upgrade a hull, it will equal the parematers of its next modification, without having to buy it? Or it will turn into the next modification no matter what rank u are? Or it is like when u fully micro upgrade it will reach the next modification parameters but then u can buy the REAL next modification for free for dat rank?

If you fully micro-upgrade a stat, it will be EQUAL to the stat of the next modification, so yea a M2 Fully Micro-upgraded=M3 EXCEPT the looks.

But i wont be able to play tanki with that good graphics . R.I.P for those have computer like me .

The new version of Tanki looks absolutely amazing! The new graphic features are such an improvement from what we currently have. I cannot wait until we have this. Great work developers! :) As for the May holiday goodies I am already taking advantages of them, thank you so much! Being able to use our Tanks while they're being upgraded is something that would better all players in my opinion, overall a great VLOG of information, thank you Semyon Kirov!  :D

so they are switching from using adobe flash to Unity ?
