My six year old son has been playing battles non stop for two days hoping for the 5000 and 6000 crystal boxes that you promised would drop. We have seen none at all in two days. Thanks for making my little boy very upset!!!!!

I seriously don't know what you are talking about. I played for 20 minutes today and got a 6000 Gold Box. Chances of Gold falling are very less. It might not fall in many rounds at end whilst falling 3-4 times in a single round.

If your son did not see a single Gold Box, nothing can be done about it. There are still 4 more days of Increased Gold Value to go. Don't lose hope. He will surely get one. :)

Gold box's chance to drop is 1/7000 for each crystal added to the fund. It's like a roulette with 7000 slots, only 1 of them drops a Gold Box.

And because at such a low rank as yours, crystals added to the fund aren't that much compared to higher ranks like myself, Gold tends to drop more rarely. I personally saw 1 5K Gold and 2 6K Gold (that is because I only played few hours, other people got tens).

Tanki does not give fake promises, they are up to their words.
