• May 22nd at 02:00 UTC: 2 free paints will appear in the game. They will be called “For Players” and “For Helpers”. Adding one of these two paints to your garage automatically makes you a fan of the respective side. If the side you picked wins, you get a prize. Paints will be available to players with a minimum rank of Sergeant. You will only be able to choose one paint.

What exactly does "no micro-upgrades" mean?

It says any hull and turret with any basic paints, no protection. So all my hulls and turrets have at least 5 micro-upgrades on them, my strongest weapon has almost reached maximum upgrade in all 5 upgradable areas. Does that mean I cannot use any of my weapons? 

I'm sorry, it is a little confusing but so interesting! Could you clarify what you meant please?
