Something is wrong!!! :///

I played some battle and everything was alright...and than everybody leaved and message pop out that connection to server 1 is lost...i refreshed page and i was again in that battle but all my points and kills gone...this isn't server restart because crystals aren't shared to players....this is 3rd time this happens and i lost maybe 300 crystals....i don't ask for crystals back but you could fix that problem...

You have to refresh your page within two minutes. In other case you loose your points.

Well i cannot count 2 minutes...i refreshed when "connection is closed" appeared...its not only me who lost points...everybody in my and in enemy team lost points....i'm sorry if i am annoying but whats is that is it bug,glitch....btv thanks for answer

hey, don't be mean. we're here trying to help you. its not a bug/glitch/ etc, its just how the games server is configured. when you leave the battle, the server loses the "memory" of you playing if you don't get back on in 2 minutes or less. so just try to be quick about changing weapons, tanks, etc. for me, it takes about 30 seconds to change, and then 30 seconds to reload
