Battle is stuck, no time?

En7 server. Instead of time there is 0-79 : 0-19

 

It seems to be stuck? How to end it, without losing an hour of gameplay and to get battle funds.

Just 30 minute battle turned into 2 and half hour game, with 15 000 + crystals! It seemed moderation, admin ended it! But how common it is and what are the causes? Anyone else has come across similar situation.

I think I have experienced something similar to this but I have heard of this before so it's not that rare (but at the same time not very common).

Hello. It's just a glitch. When it happens, try finding a moderator in server chat and ask him/her to end the battle. You can also take a screenshot of the battle and email it to help@tankionline.com to claim the fund, if you leave the battle before it finishes.

Indeed. It's just a glitch. It's not very common and we don't know yet what causes this glitch. As jokersus said, you should contact a chat moderator next time. If you can't immediately find one (on the forum), contact another moderator and ask him if he can arrange a chat moderator to end your battle. If you need to leave due to the battle lasting too long, you should contact help@tankionline.com as jokersus mentioned. You must take a screenshot to prove that you're entitled to the crystals. Note that they won't accept edited screenshots.
