exactly but it would be better if we could update our forum profiles by adding our location

This is a great idea.  Except it shouldn't be a dedicated server since they would go to waste and most would be empty.  Matches are separate instances from the selection screen so there is no reason why you can't pull a list of all games across all servers and join them.  Chat could be replaced with multiple channels instead of dedicated server chats.  Then from this much larger list players would be given the option of sorted matches with players who speak the same language or are from the same region.  Would help with latency as well as communication, with the added benefit of being able to choose from all the matches available at your rank without manually server hopping.
