"Brown" Screen of Death upon Respawn

I know, It happens so often and I give up because I lose my scores and my crystals.  There is no point playing this game.

I have been experiencing this problem since I started playing at the beginning of June this year. Any map, any time. There have been instances of it happening more often on certain boards, sometimes back to back to back. If it does happen in a match that has at least 15 minutes left then it will happen an average of 2-4 times. As originally posted, exiting fullscreen and a refresh does the trick but that's roughly 30-45 seconds of downtime.

 

One thing I have noticed is that (except for 1 time), it always happens just as I press W, eager to spawn in and move.

 

Flash is up to date and my computer is quite powerfull. I play on Firefox.

 

It seems obvious that with so many varied responses across several locations and on multiple browsers, that this is a programming problem, (likely?) caused by the semi-recent implementation of mouse use. Please fix this as it can be quite debilitating and sometimes acutely frustrating

No help. Since the update tonight the problem has increased 500%. 1 out of 10 respawns results in a brown screen.

 

Have no developers even looked at this problem?

Unfortunately, I think this is one of those early adoption problems.  The green screen is almost always related to hardware acceleration, if there's an intermittent problem that causes the graphics hardware to occasionally get into a bad state, rebooting will at least get you going again for a while.  If it starts doing the green-screen thing immediately after reboot, that's an interesting data point  You might want to try launching IE in desktop mode and trying the disable hardware acceleration instructions, but I'm not sure that it will help.. In the meantime, you might want to install a secondary browser to work around similar issues as you encounter them. However, someone fixed this issue by updating his graphics drivers.

I think anyone that is even trying to solve this other than a developer is not listening to the real problem: To solve this you must exit the game and re-enter. It's one thing to have an error but quite another to have to lose all your progress in order to fix it. If the developers could at least create a means of undoing this I could tolerate it happening. Unforunately the delete key does not improve things so simply trying to respawn is not a fix. We need someone to make it so we can jar the system enough to crank us out of this rut without exiting the round. I can't count the number of times I've been 1st place in a round with a 5.00 D/L record 5 minutes into a 15 min round and then been screwed by this. I've lost at least 1000 crystals worth of earnings from having to leave battles early. And considering how hard it is to earn crystals in this game (in a speedy manner) I hate it when I lose a strong first place to a mere unfixable error.

HI guys... ihave same broplem in Finland. And i dont know what causing it, but you can go to your garage and change Shaft cannon to your tank. Then go back the game and wait text (***** has change equipment) then shoot once at sniping mode and brown screen will go off and you can play again.  Only minus is that you lose battle time everytime you go to garage change weapon.

This could be a problem with a plugin.

You can check for issues caused by plugins and set plugins to "Ask to Activate" on the "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins" (about:addons) page.
