i have genuine win 7 and i am having the same problem, don't say things which you don't know it's not about OS or updates, something is wrong after they put new anti ban system in to the game.

Do u even know what is the problem with him?

He has win xp with SP2..

I am trying to help him since he made the topic..he has told all about his pc to me...scroll and chk the info he gave..

 

Go to the microsoft site and chk out its drwbacks...

Win xp SP2 had many problems which were corrected in SP3...see his pc config...it shows 1 Hz...is it practically possible? If it woukd be so, it would take him ages to work pperly on his pc...

no that problem is not caused by OS, even i am having that problem in my pc.

^ the same problem can be caused by more than one factors affecting it...it is not necessary that if the problem of two persons are same, then their cause will also be same..

 

if u say for the anti-ban system...i dont why it has been bad for u....but for me, after the anti-ban, my fps has increased by 10 and the pings is decreased by 50....that good enough for me...again that directs that ur problem is completely different/..

Pqlamzmalqp u also do chk the first link...u guys better first contact the tech support directly...if u dont find a solution, then we can just TRY to help u...

And for pqlam, i still feel that ur SP2 is the root cause of ur problem...but if u wish, u better go and do the first link...

Alright, I saw the internet speed picture, and removed it because it contained your IP.

Your internet is fairly good, so the problem is your computer, but since I saw that your computer specifications are also average, the only reason possible is that you have an old version of Windows. Go to a tech guy and get it changed to Windows 7 or higher, it wont cost much ;)

 

As for the updates, leave it alone. It's not the one, probably because you're an older version.

I am sorry, but long ago, when i used windows XP, i used to get sought of same problem, and i updated my windows..and the game went good later...update for windows helped me..so i thought that it might help him also..

Btw, lormostafa, did u checked the computer specs. posted by pqlam? If not, plz scroll through pages or ask pqlam to post it again....there is a possiblity that his computer is too old...with old technology; so it would be affecting the game also..

I did not want to say this now coz buying a new good pc would had been the LAST suggestion by me...
