The only thing that I can think off is:

 

1.Your PC has lots of useless programms, and you need to clean it up.

 

2.Your PC is EXTREMLY old, and it can't run the game.

 

So, try to clean up ALL of the programms you don't use, after doing that check if your PC runs faster. If it doesn't, I guess you'll have to buy a new one, with better hardware.

he basicaly plays in standalone...and that's where he is having the problems..some suggested him to move to a browser, but that too didnt help.

 

If not, then resetting your pc might be the next option

creating the same topic for the same reason is against this section rules.

people create topics so that they can be helped. and after the problem is sorted out, the topic is either closed or archived...and also, the problem that you and adam has doesn't look similar to me....

however, leave it and tell me about the status of your problem..did you skype cigara after that?

I got Gtx 960 and get 10 FPS at the start of a match. But gradually it gets to constant 60 FPS. Maybe because the card does not run at the beginning and uses integrated gpu?

well....same case with me...for first 5 seconds, i lag when i join a battle...later its all good....but thats no problem..coz i thnk that it loads the map and forget about it...

Well try if you can come online at HIS time...or try to complete the procedure in PM..

Also, you can try doing with your mobile phone....coz you can then have access to it for the full day (except in night when you sleep :P)..

So basically, that is the reason for your 60 FPS and 10-50 pings all the time....

However, coming back to the topic asdasm has a bit old pc and does not have very good specs and configs. ..so all what we can do is to help him try improving his game experience by atleast letting him play....(he cant even load a map)...

when you'll upgrade you pc to win7, check if you PC can support win10./...Microsoft is doing a free temporary upgrade for win7 and win 8.1 users to win10..all you need is good internet...coz it would be downloading the full version of windows from the internet...and the windows setup is of 3GB...

Believe it or not, my laptop is not a gaming one. It just has a NVIDIA Graphics Card, a super large screen and some good specs. And I don't live "near" Europe, I live "in" Europe (Switzerland) ;)

after thats completed, you can un-install team viewer in case you have any privacy issue...

If you have messed around and tried to find a solution already in the software, and still nothing has changed, then it is the hardware. Don't update your OS (Operating System), it won't help as much as buying a GPU or APU will. What will help is buying a GPU and installing it in your PC. Doing software updates won't really change anything, besides reduce the storage of your computer.

 

You can either buy a GPU, or simply upgrade your APU if you really don't want the lag. I strongly recommend you to get a GPU (Graphics Card) instead of an APU (A CPU, Combined with a GPU in it) because APUs are weaker when it comes to visual experience. However, make sure that when you buy a Graphics card, make sure it will not be weakend by your CPU.

 

If you could tell what kind of PC you have, model, etc. It would help a lot.

 

Also, how much do you think you would spend on a PC?
