Yup Sure,its Simple,at the 25 % Sale on May,Someone Bought in my account Wasp m3 and Railgun m3,I wrote to Tanki Online That Very Day,Today I received  a Reply saying That

We don't return crystals if purchases were done by your friends or relatives. The security of your tank depends on your actions.

I didnt Buy Those,Nor Did my Relitives for Friends,No one of those Know my password,What I do think is its Some Hacker,I used Flash_Ex_Client Not very long ago,As I wasn't Aware about What it Does,it Was Just Faster,That Was all I needed,I think some hacker Got My password from there and used it To Waste My Crystals,anyWay,I'd Really Appreciate if I get my Crystals Back before the 4th June,I trust Tanki,I think I'll get them Back.

Mashood, you need to convince tanki, not us. There is nothing can be done here. Explain everything to tech support.

Why don't you ask them to prove the purchase was done through a different IP address and not your own? Im sure that might work

What I think is That the Purchase Was Made FROM My Country i.e Pakistan,so For tanki,The IP adderess of the Hacker included the Set of IP Addresses that Belonged to me,If That's The Case,I'd say There are Noobs in the Help Department,My Country is a Country to 200 million and tens of thousands of People Play Tanki here,You Should Have a seperate IP adderess if Not For Each Computer then for Each City atleast.

The tech support can find out who actually bought the item on your account, as they said, " they were spent on purchasing items by the owner of the account". You are the responsible of your own account ;). However there is no any other way of getting refund, only tech support will be able to refund you,if they dont refund you, we can't do anything either. If you want you can contact them again but you will get the same reply back that's for sure :).

FlashExe ain t an supported browser/flash player and if it was realy save why tanki ain t promoting it? i think that program you use isn t save bro you better switch to an browser of flashplayer that is supported by TO.

 

If i was you i would stop inmediately using that program it is an so called ''own risk''.

 

Anyways i hope you will get your crystals back bro.

Now there is no consideration for the players who lost there Crystals for no reason , by hackers etc ... , why couldnt tanki Stop Hackers , why couldnt they Help the Players who lost crystals of such big amounts right after buying the Crystals , after weeks or months . I have lost my 210k . :( :( :( :( :( :( :( . They should have a consideration to the players , other than doing some other business , who invest alot of money for such a Game . and im one of that , OMG , doesnt expect such thing , and now im not gonna invest anymore , might Quite Tanki . First Solve Players Problems , other than something else !!!!!
