I had lost my crystals once and Tanki returned it back after asking me to go through certain links, If the crystals are used from your IP address tanki won't return it as it might be you or someone else who have used them but after regretting the fact that you bought certain equipment you mail tanki that you have been hacked. Afyeer my experience all such cases get no help from tanki while the ones who have been hacked though a different IP address get thier hacked thing back, so if you are investing your money on buying crystals its your duty to keep your account safely, for example you can disable the remember password option and taking care of not leaking your password to your friends or anyone. this is the least thing you can do to prevent such things.

In my past, I got hacked quite a few times, and I don't know the reason. But the thing is, that I always got my crystals back after contacting help crew (they ask you to confirm your IP, so they can be 100% sure). I do believe that the one who did or did not hack you was on your account many times, so they count him as an owner. If someone really would hack you, you would get your crystals back, i'm 99% sure in that.

Unfortunately it's your responsibility to keep your account safe :( , but why do you alwasy get hack, do you share account or something, people just don't get hack unless they share account or click on some sort of scam links :wub: .

In my case, I really have no idea why, I did use FlashEx a bit tho, they said you don't lagg so much if you use it...So ye, maybe that is the reason, but my password was never shared with anyone.

i d just like to say, why the heck cant tanki refund equipment? fair enough, they need money , but do something like every player gets some crystals according to their rank and if u want more, buy it! free cry= encouraging= more money!

I do understand the feeling, but there is nothing i can do :( . Why would you get hack anyway, there must be a reason for getting hacked, people can't get hack by entering your nickname anywhere. Some people don't understand, they keep on sharing account and signing in to some scam sites, and at the end when they get hacked all the blame goes to tech support -_- , you need to understand that no one can give you crystals or experience, except devs, they are the only who can gives crystals, not any hack site give you crystals. These scam site just hacks other players account, it doesn't give you any crystals.

The only who can refund you is tech support, they are the only who can give your crystals back, there is nothing we can do in forum, therefore if you want, you contact them again and ask for the refund. In forum no one can refund you except tech support. Good luck :)
