Improved micro-upgrades are in the game

This update makes the problem of early kits just slightly worse.

 

I think the people who are welling to throw hundreds of dollars into the game are few, so it is not that big of a problem. You may be lucky and have them all in your battles though.

 

The early kits are the real problem. I think they should be offered at most half a rank early, i.e. when you are halfway in your current rank to rank up, but making them available a few ranks before is too much.

 

Please note though that freeloaders :) like me can afford kits. I have already bought 3 M2/M3 kits. They were not in my plans, but they were such good deals that I could not resist them.

 

I understand the temptation to buy a pre-ranked combo. It's not only the discount in crystals, but the early access in power (in relation to other co-rankers)... But this separates buyers from non buyers in terms of power. Taking into consideration that other elements of power are also accessible through crystal purchasing (supplies kits), you will agree with me that the whole "deal" is too much for a fair play... and can only lead to unbalance and loss of joy for all non buyers.

Thus it is reasonable to describe this situation as some kind of "fraud" since this game is advertised as a free-to-play game. It is only technically a free-to-play game, since in reality (and no one can deny this) it is a pay-to-win game.

 

Early accessible kits and lots of supplies kits should be removed in order to restore game balance.

The usual "arguments" that this is the only way for Devs to earn money is simply a sample of their incompetence to run a business in a proper way.

Sorry to say that, but... prove me wrong.

Not good update...

 

Before update, for example, if you MU Smoky's damage to ful, you had have a faster reload-time, too! But now, TO took it away and sell it us... The same thing by isida, shaft and ricochet... Look in Wiki-pages. There's written that m3 has got a reload time of 1.3. and this, before the update.

Funny that your opinion is/was the other way around in the german forum.

 

Concerning the issue you mentioned it turned out that the privious coupled parameters (MU like Smoky's damage reduces its reload time) were seperated and have to be upgraded individally now. This now directly availabe parameters starts at level zero. Meaning that if you had a M3+ Smoky before the update, which fired with a rate of 1.3sec/shoot, has after the update a reduced rate of fire (1.46sec). By investing crystals you can upgrade it again. Same is true for the other new available parameters. So with this update some of the micro upgradet weapons (Smoky,Shaft, Ricco and Isida) were weakend but this can be leveled out for "some" crystals again.

as tanks now can run over the top of other tanks is there any point in having or upgrading power to push ?

my answer is no because no point in wasting crystals to push when the enemy is gonna just run over you or you over it ..

/

 so you may as well delete the push micro upgrade option now and reimburse crystals spent by every one upgrading it because it is now obsolete with the current tank runs up and over format.

please discus as we are in micro upgrade thread.

if you want a greater income from players that have already made full upgrades there is a way other than fiddling around with mus

and the non crystal dropping format i said i have ideas but there is no reward for ideas that give you bigger income from players.

so why should i or any other player give idea free when ppl your end get paid to do so.

eve if it is to increase you income by at-least 2 x but hay no reward for players great ideas so im not giving it away for free to you. when some one gets paid to do the same or less .

you can delete this rant if you like mod it effects all players.

and yes i do have a holly cr*p .. idea...2 in fact.

every update that tanki do is for most  turrets exept thunder.....i usually use it as my basic weapon....never had a good update....why this happens?   i also use dictator....it is not fair that i have to be at the last level to buy m3.please i also want to discuss that if someone dont use some weapons.......it would be nice if he could sell them for some crystals.....

Lol that is not true

 

Even if that is true, if you fully max on m3 reload time it will be faster than last m3+

 

At least that is what would happen

It will never happen. It been suggested for many years but administration give us this reason: the end goal of the game is to have all hulls and turrets...so there's no point in selling them if you will just get it back later. Can't say I agree with that, but hey, their words not mine! Nothing to do with this topic anyways.

The used equipment should be inferior to new equipment, like M3 working like M2.5 or something like that depending on how long it has been used, and then you'd have to upgrading at an expensive rate. :P

I would love to see you put your money where your mouth is, and disclose exactly how many players have done that.

I'm sure that info is only a few clicks of a mouse.

Im sure there is a treasure trove of MU stats that players would love to hear about.

IE: how many fully MUed M4 turrets hulls and paints are there in the game?

They need 2 weeks (without speedups) to upgrade the damage, which is the most important parameter, and that costs 140K crystals, which is a hefty chunk for a non-buyer, but doable for a buyer. He would be a third lieutenant by the time he is done, and that is not really a high rank.

 

You are right that it was possible before but 75% of the amount. The missing 25% are not negligible. You can get the 75% now at 40% of the price. :)
