Correct if i am wrong, but i found out in Wiki that a fully MU railgun M2 ( without the speed up price) costs 436601 crystals. So it's like buying railgun M3 2 times!(same thing to all other turrets and hulls of course). So i think developers schould lower these prices of MicroUpgrates on turrets and hulls so we dont need to spend so much crystals on MU's.I dont like this new update.I better save up to buy the raligun M3 at full price which costs 218300 rather Microupgrating it.

Tankers!

If you’ve been following the V-LOG, you already know we’ve been working on improving micro-upgrades. Well, here’s some awesome news — the improved micro-upgrades are in the game right now as you read this!

Here’s a quick look at what you should expect:

  • For the same amount of crystals as before, you can now upgrade your turret and hull parameters right to the level of the next modification: a fully upgraded M2 will basically have the same parameters as a stock M3.
  • If you fully micro-upgrade all of an item’s parameters, you will be able to get its next modification for free upon reaching the required rank.
  • You can now use an item in battle even if it is in the process of being micro-upgraded. If the micro-upgrade is completed while you’re in a battle, the new parameter will become effective after your next respawn.
  • The following turrets now allow you to micro-upgrade parameters that were previously unavailable for upgrade:

Ricochet - projectile speed

Isida - range

Shaft - penetrating power

Smoky - reload time and range

  • Of course, since M0, M1 and M2 turrets and hulls now receive a bigger boost to parameters with micro-upgrades, we have also adjusted any previously installed upgrades on these modifications, making them more effective than before the update.
Tankers, it’s time to stop reading, jump into a battle, and test out some improved parameters on your enemies.

Most importantly, have fun and remember to share your thoughts in the comments below.

As though Isida's range isn't now way too high :( An Isida can basically stick to you like a bug because of it's new range (after the rebalance), so now that sticking option can be upgraded

If the Developers do lower the prices, it'd make fully MUing stuff more accessible to people. Good luck trying to combat M2 Fire with M3 stats in your rank.

Hmmm..  :huh:  .. In the beginning I thought "here's another good update" but after some thought, I had the following realizations;

1. now there isn't any parameter gap between previous M and next one, a player can bridge the two Ms via MU

2. that's a good thing because practically everybody can make a tank into its next level, paying small amounts every now and then

3. even more, one may have practically the next M even some ranks before he can typically buy it

...

4. wait... just a minute. Can everybody do this? Can everybody pay all these MUs?

5. of course no. This update is affordable only to people that can pay a lot. (even if everybody could pay this, it means that the overall cost of Tanki has increased)

6. so practically this update has just made Tanki more expensive.

7. and of course, top buyers will exploit this fully, while on the contrary all the others will just pay for a small percentage of the given MUs...

So, bottom line: an update win-win for Tanki, win for top buyers, lose for non buyers.

well thought!

However, the problem is, somebody else will pay the MUs and will practically have an M3 railgun EVEN BEFORE THE RANK THAT ALLOWS IT...

@Stinger911 But the prices are too high!I can't spend 436601crystals to MU my railgun M2 in order to take the M3 for free!I think devs should do something just low a bit the prices of MU's isnt the end of the Tanki! This amount of crystals can afford only buyers or players who play 24 hours a day.

Suppose if I fully micro upgrade my M2 turret and make it M3 and later on when I rank up and actually have a M3, would the micro upgraded parameters stay making my M3 turret a M4 one?

and if that's true then those who fully mu an M0 turret would never have to worry about micro upgrades again?

and if I only partially mu my M2 turret and hull, would those parameters stay if I buy the M3 one?

Kinda sucks. Need a lot of cry now for Smoky MUs to reach max in all of upgrades. Smoky is now so like downgraded. :D A lot of crystals have to spend now and in previous updates its Critical damage was very decreased and its damage by range was dicrised. What is happening?

Yep, Isidas range is toooooooo big. Why then Firebird and Freez ranges aren't increased? It is tooo hard now play against team, which has isida and another turret player. But if you stick to isida, you wont get off from isida. That is just not right.

And MUs now are getting kinda uncool. Now you ask a lot more MUs and Cry. MUs already costs very much and now you decide to pur more MUs.
