Can't open Tanki,test,forum, anything!

Hello,
My friend is in trouble he cant open Tanki even forum.
So i'm trying to help him.

I also tried to change his firewall and proxy settings.
Even to disable antivirus, and scanned for viruses (none of them).
Still not possible to enter in tanki.

1st write a mail to the tank tech support, just make sure he's not blocked from tanki online.

Hello. Tell your friend to download "Tor browser" and try entering to forum or tanki. He can find it on Google. But, tell him just to use it to see if the page opens. He shouldn't log in with that browser. Tell him just to visit forum or tanki as a guest. If the page opens, that means there is a problem with his ISP's servers. It should be gone in a few days (happened to me once).

when they block someone for more than 1 year they block their IP address not the account so the player can't view the website.

1) go to tools and click options 

 

2) click on the advanced button and then click the network tab 

 

3) then under connections click settings 

 

4) click auto-detect proxy settings for this network. 

 

hope this works for you as it worked for me.
