Tanki support not responding

If its a matter abt accounts they take some time, but if they don't, you may email them again, they will reply they get too much of workload. I emailed yesterday at a problem with my main accnt and they responded today...

Please email again.

Hello. Do not rewrite them an email, it will just slow down the process. As @deafeat1 said, it sometimes takes longer time than usual for tech support to reply. It often means that they are working on your request. But, don't forget to check your email history to be sure that you have written to the correct address (help@tankionline.com). Also, check your folders (junk, spam, etc.), you might find tech support's reply there.

To all those who are raged as tanki isn't replying them, Please wait as we all know that tanki support has many issues daily it takes time to reply to all of them, you can't just say that tanki support is useless. I have been hacked twice once my account got hacked and second was my crystals hacked but tanki hopefully have back my account and my crystals though it took like 1 week to do so, And I'd rather tell you to post all the proof you got to prove that you've been hacked, eg; Latest garage pic, supplies pic etc.
