problem in MOBILE PAYMENT!

Hi guys !

 

how u doin all ?

 

i wanted to buy some cry's , by the mobile payment

anyway , i sent the following text , but i didnt received the code!

 

my country is OMAN and i'm using OREEDOO

 

whats the problem !

 

And i want to retrieval my moeny!!

 

help me please .. :(

Please be patient, payments can take sometime. If you did everything correctly, the crystals you bought should appear in your account soon.

 

I think that Tanki doesn't have Oman to buy crystals to there and some other countries too.

First of all, make sure that you've chosen the correct operator, and entered your phone number correctly (if your phone number is 011-xxx-xx-xx, you have to type it as 11-xxx-xx-xx). If everything is right, wait for a few more hours. Mobile payments usually take a long time. If you don't get the code, you need to report the payment. Here's how:

If you didn't receive a code, There shouldn't be any transactions of money.
If there is, You can contact Tanki Support, They will do what they can to give your crystals.
