Tanki Support Team Got No Support.

Hey guys, It is I, @EzanK here. I know this is not the best time to complain, since Tanki Birthday goodies are along the way, but my issue is kinda big to me. This week, as many of you daily watch, The V-Logs, you will notice at the end, they give a link to "Question of The Week." Well, I can truly say, I was totally screwed over for this week's question.  :( 

 

And I thought it was legit a mistake, but when asking for my crystals, they said "I was not among the winners". There some what called "support" may be fast, but not as to supportive. Here is proof of I should of won it. The pictures were taken right after the winners were announced. Then sent to Tanki, and my hopes were shattered.  :( 

 

My post with more likes then the actual winner, I got 2,756 likes  :) (My first post with the right answer, how great that it had to be unrewarded) :  

 

Note: The post says "Orange team would push blue team to flag. Nickname: EzanK". Also, unlike other people, I did not ask for likes. In addition, the post was edited, but before the winners were announced, so you know, I did not change the official answer to get it right!   ;)

The winner from English community only got 643 likes, less than me  :(   -_- :

Maybe it was because you said "Orange team will push blue team" There is no blue team except green. By the time you edited it they didn't count it and maybe took the next winner.

Hmm, did not realize that mistake. However, it was just in the message. In the real "Question of the Week" I said green, so I don't know why that got ignored. Plus, I still think if they clicked on the screenshots I provided, they would see I said "Orange team will Push green team to flag: Nickname: EzanK". Well if they ignore a winner twice, for just one word error, it just shows how more of non-supportive they are.  :mellow: 

 

Any other suggestions to this problem of mine?  :huh:

Mostly tanki now check the accounts, and if they see they have less friends and more likes on that single comment, they find it suspicious and won't reward them, except choose another player.

but it looks like someone is not doing a fair draw and good luck getting them cause next thing if you continue to complain they will say we can`t give them to you and yet they give daily`s all the time and prizes besides that if you still complain the final one would read if you continue to complain.. we will ignore you ...i had this happen when i was under the 6k gold and a hacker got it first they said it was lag then the final answer was his tank stood higher then mine..lol..tanki needs to re-figure there office and customer service pro to calls before making comments ..they need way better customer service that should take up to 24 hours to look into a complaint instead of issuing false statements that is rude and disrespect full to the players who are trying to support this company  ...tanki has failed in so many areas and will continue to fail if they don`t get there act together..but oh yea were not russian player`s but how do they know we could be Russian decent ...

 

 

also why edited that could have cost you.... not sure what the rules are and i have never seen any on this ..if it says in the rules no editing then you lost on that fault

I will keep that in mind next time I have a complaint/issue. And you are so on point with that post. It feel's as if you are talking to a robot when they give you a reply. And it is the same thing over and over again.  ;) 

 

As for the editing, It just says "Tankers, fancy a shot at winning 20 000 crystals? Leave your answers to the Question of the Week below". It never said you can not edit it. However, I have yet to find a Tanki winner who has not edited their post. But that just lacks Tanki logic. I mean "Hey this guy got the right answer with like 3,000 likes, but he edited it". "Finally going through the list, I found a guy who did not edit it. Even though he got around 600 likes, five times as less,lets make him winner." That logic though...  :mellow: Even though, like you stated, if that is why I did not win, can't they tell me that when I asked for explanation, rather then saying the same thing that "I am not among the winners." I mean I know that, but WHY!?

Yea, like I got more than 2,000 Facebook accounts to like that post, or 2,000 friends commanded to like that post. Plus, If I am spending that much time as an auto-liker, that is my loss. Cause I could use that time to make 20,000 crystals back. In addition, others have got away with more likes. Some people who won the previous "Question of the Week" had like 3,000 likes+, while others had around 1-10. How great!  :mellow:

So you are telling me, that people that got like 3,000+ likes actually got around that amount of friends? Cause I just let the people do the liking, and I giving them a like back. This is how I work, if that is suspicious and Tanki won't reward me, they need to change their rules. I mean, it is just not me who this is happening to, their are many more. Don't you think people who win with like 1-10 likes are actually behind those who got the same answer with more likes. I mean if they seriously take it that seriously and now check accounts, can't they check what they edited it from. Cause my edition was very simple, rather than something like changing answer or nickname. I am not violating any rules, yet I don't get rewarded with them. How sad.  :angry:

Using hacks eh? Hmm, sure. Can you name me 1 hack to get likes in Facebook? Cause I don't not use any. Who would of thought a person trying to express a problem results in the other way around? And may you please name me 1 reason why you think I hacked? Cause Firstly, there was this guy with over 7,000 likes, but his answer was wrong... Thirdly, many people regularly get loads of likes in this forum. The question it self got around 10,000 views, so why is it "hacking" if I get 1/3 of those people who viewed, has liked my post. If you got nothing nice to say, don't say anything, okay? It seem's that both of you may be knew to "Question of the Week", and have never answered one. If so, don't judge, cause there are other people who had more likes than me, but lost because of putting the wrong answer.  -_-  <_<

 Being accused of "hacking" I have something to admit. No, it is not a software to hack for likes, cause I don't hack. Secondly, It was not me posting the answer for the "Question of the Week", It was my very close Friend's Facebook. I am 10 years old, so I don't have any social media accounts except an email connected to my Tanki account. My very close friend was part of the Facebook Tanki Group or something along those lines, as he said, so he gets many likes for the answers he puts in Facebook. He has realized me lacking in crystals, so as true friend, he said he would put some entries for me for the Question of the Week. He said he would do it until I get one right, and get my 20,000 crystals. So I tell him the answers that I think is right, and he puts them. However, for the 3 weeks we have done this, we once got the question wrong, and 2 times right. However, one of them did not have enough likes to be first, and this week's right answer was not accepted. I want to be innocent, and not lie. For this, I am stating that as "Vikk TO" is not my account, rather my friends who is helping me out. Now that I have stated this, I am just asking, is that against the rules, or can my friend help me? I mean it's really not fair I can't enter since I don't have Facebook, so he is just helping me out. Can you let me off this one?  :huh:  :mellow:

If you look at the "Edit History" you can see, that he changed the nickname from his name to mine. That may have caused him the 20k, as I gave him the right answer, but he edited it and It was not accepted. But as a true friend, he let me off, and keeps on being nice till I win one! Thank you so much mate, and as you know from the conversations we have, I am very appreciative of it!  ;)

I have requested mod to close this topic, and I will soon get my long term punishment for it.  I would rather be honest than lie to your guys faces. I have requested mod to close this topic, and I will soon get my long term punishment for it.  I would rather be honest than lie to your guys faces. It's been nice knowing you  all, and I am very sorry for making such an Important thing unfair for others. Spoken to my friend, I have advised him to not ever do this again, and he should agree. Umm, I really had no idea I was violating rules, and I am sorry for that. :(
